  • love reading about how everyone else is feeling shattered - I myself have just come off the back of four days work (five shifts total) with one of them being an earlyish start too.

been having headaches where I have overdone it the last few days (told you it had been a bad week!) , so last night I had a really nice hot shower, some food, and went to bed around 1am (I got in about 11pm) and slept right through to midday!!!

feel so much better for it though :T

    Limps in looking rather pathetic.......

I'm another STS this week - haven't had time to post, its been a mad week and I am shattered. Food has been very up and down - some really good days and some pretty rubbish ones (today was one:o).
Just managed to talk myself out of a takeaway and have a quorn chicken and leek pie in the oven to have with cabbage and peas and potato croquettes - not brilliant but better than a greasy curry.

I've finished work for half term today and so have no excuse over the next week, plenty of time to cook properly and get some real exercise.

Starting again on the straight and narrow tomorrow.....promise!

    Evening All

I'm afraid I am another one with a 1lb Gain to report. No excuses, just too much food and not enough exercise this week I think.

B: 2 boiled eggs chopped with salt, pepper and butter
L: Prawn mayonnaise salad - HG leaves and sprouted seeds, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, beetroot, mushroom and seeds. Raspberries with Greek yoghurt.
D: Pork shoulder steak with mushrooms, HG spinach, HG courgette, onion and garlic in a little bit of cream. HM chocolate mousse.
Snack: Half a small bar of dark chocolate.

Exercise: Walk to work and back x2 as I have to go back in for an hour and a half tonight as we are really busy and need extra staff on.

Really annoyed at myself - STS - again :o Partly because I had such a bad reaction to the pneumonia jab and stopped thinking about the biscs and chocolate I was nibbling at to make me feel better :o My arm now looks like I've been thumped and it's going bonny colours! I woke up through the night and my bottom half was red hot, but my top half was cold and I was shivering - how weird is that!
    Well tomorrow is another day....

D - Grilled chicken drumstick, 1/2 jacket, salad
