Im not going to weigh in this week either as my weight is all over the place - not sure what is happening but it is not because I have over-eaten.

STS for me this week too.
Happy with it because I have had a terrible week and have been hitting the chocolate bars a bit!! Will be going shopping Sunday for the month, so will try to get back on track with lots of ww products and veggies! lol.0 -

1LB GAIN for me:o:o
Im not that shocked but I am still disappointed
I have not done any exercise this week and Ive have had little extras that all add up
I am really pushed for time and part of me feels like giving up BUT I dont want to as I still want to lose a few more pounds plus if I give up ill probably end up putting back on the weight I have lost
So starting Monday I will use MFP every day and make sure I go swimming at least twice a week.
Im also going to try and get back onto low carb eating as I had the most sucess with that

I've lost 1LB which is a bit duff for my first week, when I'm supposed to lose loads of water-weight as well! but I would probably have put at least that much on if I wasn't in this thread - so thank you to everyone for sharing their journeys and helping me to break my marie curie sweets habit!:AA/give up smoking (done)0 -
Just popped in to update on today’s meals. I was enjoying the Khicheri and steamed green beans I made for lunch until radio 2 started discussing “wet wipes” and the problems they cause when flushed down the loo – bluurgh _pale_. Then to make matters worse it started SNOWING!!!!!
Needless to say I have spent a productive afternoon shredding – no not the dvd – getting rid of old bank statements.
Evening meal will hopefully be spicy turkey burgers, that is if the mince defrosts in time, the problem is bun?….chips?....oh dear, decisions, decisions :think:.Jan - June Grocery spends = £531.61
July - Grocery spends = £119.54
Aug - Grocery spends = £42.190 -
ok so far today
b - scrambled egg
snack - oat biscuit (70cal)
l - home made veg soup. 2x crackers (20cal each) 20g cheddar cheese (104cal)
plans for dinner - leftover lean roast pork, small amount plain mash (no butter) swede and carrot , gravy. 1/4 tin rice pudding (82cal)
exercise - I am waiting in for parcel from argos delivery so have been cleaning, hoovering & ironing. I have sanded down all the upstairs doors & door frames ready for glossing tomorrow and then wiped down all the woodwork to remove the dust and hoovered up the sawdust.
it seems to be mainly the "extras" and puddings that are my downfall. I dont normally throw away food but I have binned the remaining biscuits that mum and dad brought with them. If I havent got them I cant eat them.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Hi everyone,
Had an awful week and was not surprised that I have
put on 1llb
Had spicy food twice (not cooked myself) and now my IBS is giving me grief. My water and fresh fruit /veg intake has been poor which also has not helped matters.
Hoping for something bland for tea and an early night - I am shattered.
Will be back on the wagon next week. I really need to come and report every day - it really helps.
