Ugh, I am going to revoke my last post of whatever my meal plan was - because since the last 1.5 days have been so depressing and awful (long story) I have completely fallen off the wagon.
been on the carbs very heavily to my mind today, 4 slices bread + pastry + pasta.......also a fair bit of chocolate.
But sod it, you only live once. Unless they smother me in chocolate body paint when I kick the bucket, I cant take it with me either. :rotfl:
However on the plus side, I walked home (25 mins) from the local station after work tonight. So maybe it's evened out. Who knows.
Will endeavour to get back on the wagon properly tomorrow. Bed for me now, head is pounding. x0 -
I had a better day yesterday than Monday. Breakfast was Rude Health Apple and Cinnamon granola with natural yogurt. No snacks mid morning because I was too busy and did drink water instead (didn't push the boat out on this though as I only had one cup). Lunch was a wrap filled with one slice of ham, 1 tablespoon of Sainsbury's BGTY dressing and salad. Am not buying ASDA White and Wheat wraps again as they are pants. They split all over the place. Had some grapes mid afternoon and a slice of ham when I got in cos I was ravenous. Chilli for tea with rice and my only sin of the day was a bit of grated mozzerella on top.
Did Biggest Loser Cardio workout last night as well. don't feel achy this morning which could mean this is the turn around point in my exercise regime.
Have a good day everyone .xBack for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

L - HM chilli
D - last of HM chicken soup
happy to report I've been really good with not snacking (marie curie have sweets just outside my door at work, until this week I have been single handedly supporting that charity) even better, haven't wanted to.
not happy to report that I weigh every morning and since sunday - each day this week I've been stable at one pound up from my start weight. I know it's not linear - but on my first week I expected some kind of loss. Hopefully it's that coconut flour, and when its moved out of my system I'll see a move in the right direction.
still I feel better for not snacking.
may go for a walk at lunchtime. Myfitnesspal say I should aim for around 1200 cals.
I've got loads of cabbage that needs using up urgently - does anyone know a good recipe?:AA/give up smoking (done)0 -
B - raspberries with soya yogurt and grape nuts, tea
L - 'pizza on toast' (tomatoes, peppers, red onion and Tom pur!e on toast)
D - 2 veg samosas, chicken curry, rice, a few sips of wine (it was giving me heartburn so I gave the rest to OH)
S - jelly babies (oops), tea, yogurt
Total cals - 1533
I am so hungry at the moment, I think it's my cold. Today is already going really badly as I had some flapjack at work this morning...I literally had no choice, as my boss had deliberately made dairy free flapjacks just so I could have some! It was lovely though but probably so calorie filled
I still have a rubbish cold which is stopping me exercising and making me so hungry. I really need a loss this week too or I'll never make the challenge!boooo.....any words of encouragement people?!

I've been trying to behave myself this week, after my sts last week
I had my flu jab yesterday when I went to see the asthma nurse - they nab you while you're there! Then I got the pneumonia jab - thankfully a one off which lasts forever!
Last night, my arm was sore with a big hard red patch and I felt quite yucky so took myself off to bed early. This morning, my knees were painful, and the red patch was bigger and still very sore. Apparently these are the 'normal' side effects of this jab!

Daisyegg – I have heard that you really shouldn't exercise when suffering a cold so take some time for your body to recover - what about hm chicken soup as and when you’re hungry not too many cals and it will help with your cold.Jan - June Grocery spends = £531.61
