Totally agree with this, last night I weighed 5 lbs more than I did this morning! That's why I try to weigh in first thing in the morning, no clothes, after going to the loo, before eating or drinking anything!

still suffering from coconut-flour crumble related bloating :( not helped by the fact that I ate more of it last night (but without cream). I AM going to freeze the rest.

Breakfast was 3 tsp of peanut butter (no added sugar) lunch was HM chicken + veg soup. tea will be chilli I think on top of some sort of veg - poss cabbage and courgettes (not sure what that is going to do for the bloatedness) and snacks is going to be 3 gallons of water.
    :AA/give up smoking (done) :)

L: 3 oatcakes with peanut butter, piece of cheese and cherry tomatoes. HM chocolate mousse
D: Chicken and mushrooms in a creme fraiche sauce with peas and carrots. Half a bar of chocolate.

    Exercise: None today!!

    Here is the recipe:

    Cream of Tomato Soup:
    Ingredients:
    1 onion
    25g butter
½ teaspoon easy garlic (jar in fridge)
    Half a teaspoon paprika
    Tablespoon tomato puree
    BIG Squirt of tomato sauce
1000g tomatoes chopped (all the tomatoes in the fridge} - I always get on offer or glut
    2 teaspoon of sugar
600 ml vegetable stock (marigold make up 4 teaspoon per litre)
Half a tub of cream (optional)

    Method:
Fry onion in butter for 10 mins until soft.
    Stir in garlic
    Add puree and tomato sauce
Add tomatoes, paprika, sugar and veg stock.
Bring to the boil then simmer for 20 mins
    Blend the soup with blender
Push through a sieve to remove seeds and skin and return liquid to pan (washed)
Stir in most of cream and reheat very slowly

I guess but should not be considered abnormal and we should not beat ourselves up about it.

She also said you should take the average weight over a week and then see what the loss is. So if you weigh every morning, write them down daily, then add them all up and divide by 7 or the no of times you weigh in a week. Im going to try it next week as it gives a more accurate weight loss or gain

I am trying to resist weighing myself until Friday - I see what you say about the variation but it depresses me!!

l- ryvita, philly, 3 choc digestives as forgot yoghurt, satsuma!
    d- beans on toast

Tomorrow could be interesting. Training all day so will be sarnies for lunch then helping at school disco in evening so who knows when I'll eat!

Can't complain though. The disco is to raise money for my son to go on a training day at RADA so we're pleased to help out!

Hello! I haven't disappeared of the face of the earth - my broadband died for a few days.
Good news and bad to report - weighed at the end of last week and was just 2lbs away from my goal of 9.5 stone :j Then promptly went astray and ate loads of bad things over the weekend - hmmmmm.....
Got a tax rebate for £550 and went shopping and bought some new clothes - all in size 10 and one even in a 8 (a top). And a party dress I'd ordered for the Xmas do came today and fits although I think it would look better with a couple more lbs gone,
    so no more slacking!

Back on the wagon today - thought it had been an average cal day but just added them all up and its only 1200ish so not bad at all - just dogwalking as exercise though.

Hope everyone is ok? Will read through all the posts in a minute.
