A bit of a mixed kind of a day today for me – food-wise it’s been fine but very little exercise as I've had paperwork, paperwork and more paperwork to deal with, I did manage some extra steps up and down the ladder fixing up new Velcro for my roman blinds
I'm beginning to run out of fresh fruit for snacks so need to do a shop tomorrow, will probably do a shop at @ldi and get some of their super 6 to make more soup :j yum, yum.

MrM does all our cooking usually. He was away tonight and so I chose something relatively easy that I could just bang into the oven. In the end Emma cooked this in readiness of me getting in which was lovely.
No exercise today either as my thighs are killing me from the Biggest Loser Work out I did on Saturday am. Plan to do this work out again tomorrow night though.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

Back on real food yippee
B - fry up
L - on the phone and completely forgot
S - curry
OK, well that was 1 sausage, 1 egg and 1 slice of toast and some roast chicken smothered in tikka sauce with a pitta - we have no problem mixing culinary cultures in this kitchen LOL
lobbyludd - Coconut flour is ever so moisture hungry so I'm not surprised it was dry. Have you tried using a mix of nuts and oats - I know the Coeliac society say most coeliacs can eat pure oats but obviously don't know if that includes your dad.
Deleted_User - you're a wussEat food. Not too much. Mostly plants - Michael Pollan

Daska, That sounds like an "interesting" curry!!!!
I haven't had anything nearly so interesting today! Had to leave work early to pick up a poorly 13 yr old. How ever big they are, they still want Mum when they don't feel well!
b- porridge, apple, oj - forgot the water!
l- sort of bubble and squeak. LO's from yesterday lunch - found out roast butternut squash makes delish bubbe & squeak!
d- pasta and lf cheese sauce
s- little mars-type bar & mliky way!
e - doggy walking and jazzercise0 -
B- toast & butter, tea
L- tom soup & 1 slice bread, tea & bisc
tea & bisc mid afternoon with DH- wouldn't have had any if I'd been at work
D- left over Sunday dinner - mince & onions, small Y pud, veggies. Ice cream, tea
S- cream cracker, small hm cupcake - 2 bites, tea
lots of water
Not the best start to the week!
Had a good old cleaning session in the bathroom this morning - mouldy patches in the corner of the ceiling to tackle, so it's now all ok again.
Sorted all my drawers tonight, so I've now got a pile of old tights, knee socks etc. to get rid of. The trousers can go to the charity shopFeels good to have a bit more space in the drawers again.

thanks daska, not sure whether he can eat whole oats I can't remember seeing him do that, but I'm no expert by any means, he recently discovered he can sparingly eat some spelt products, so I might try some spelt flour - good luck with the test (from your sig). My father spent forever getting a diagnosis - but this was when it was less well known - and the fact that he refused to challenge his system for ages so that they could do the tests didn't help (although I entirely understand why he didn't want to!):AA/give up smoking (done)0
