Okay trying to counter balance the sodium and pain killers I had last week! So with that in mind I am trying to have more fruit and veg this week (and hoping to stay off the pain killers as they pile the weight on me!), so with this in mind my day is as follows :-

b - peach slices in light syrup
l - tomato and red pepper soup and a roll
d - Soba noodle and Shiitake soup
drinks - pint of water, 1.8 litres herbal tea

So far this takes me to 1,111 kcals for the day :rotfl:, I am supposed to eat about 2,000 (yes I AM that podgy :o) so I may have a boiled egg mid afternoon or maybe some cheese and crackers this evening (oh and when Dr Dragon gets home I will have tea with milk :D which will add a few more calories as well!)

Totally understand where you are coming from. My blood transfusions and pain killers play havoc with my weight:(

I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.

Out of sight Dragon - Out of mind. That really does work for me and might for you too - although I often forget where I have stashed items.

We have a recipe for a lovely home-made tomato soup that puts Heinz to shame - I will post it if you would like me too.

OH makes it and then freezes it individual portions. he re-heats from frozen x

My dietician told me today that you can deviate plus or minus 6lbs from the mean weight in a week and that is considered normal:eek:
