Hi all
Can I join please, although a little late. My weight today is 14st 6lb, having already lost a stone since August :-)
I hope to be 13st 11lb by Christmas.
It will be a challenge as I currently don't have a kitchen, only a camping stove and a microwave so may need to stick a few ready meals in, which I normally hate.
Of course you can join in Alipot, 7 pounds by Christmas it is thenDo not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup

Can I join too please? Always on the look out for more motivation. I did lost 1½ stone before I went on a cruise in August. Though I only gained 5lbs whilst away I have gained another 2½lbs so want to nip it in the bud plus I want to wear one of my dresses for Christmas dos. Am aiming to lose 7½lbs.
I do plan all our evening meals which are in the main HM except on Thursday evenings when we are on the go due to dropping Emma (daughter, 14) off at karate.
Tonight we are on fish pie.
xBack for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

Ohhhh can I join in too please. I've just got him from holiday and spent all morning looking for cheap , healthy meal ideas!!
I weighed in morning and weigh a staggering 15st 11lb and I'm 5ft 5 inch :-(
I was going to join sw or we but I don't really like going to a class and could do without spending the £20 a month !!!
So what d we do? Come here every day and blog what we have eaten? Then weigh in once a week?0 -

Welcome to the gang, saving £20 a month is a good idea! (hmm actually could you stash that away ready for buying some yummy new clothes for when you are slim?), the weigh in day for the challenge is a Friday (and there are 9 left in this challenge ) so let me know how much you plan to lose in those 9 weeks and I will add you in
, oh and some people blog their food, others don't but I think most people check in on here most days
