Sorry I'm late in posting, Dragon. I've STS again this week, even though I've done extra walking, and logged everything I've eaten in mfp, and it said that I'm below (but not much) my target cals each day :( Must be my age or something.

hi, I've tried to read through but got lost,I've read the posts at the front, could someone let me know which post has the challenge you are currently on so I can see if it's something I could do.

I am very, very, very overweight now and need to be held accountable for my plan to change that I think. you're all doing so well - very inspirational (without being over-the-top :))

Hi lobbyludd (a good Northern expression if ever I heard one!), at the moment we are doing the Christmas challenge, if you want to join that you let me know how much you want to lose in the next 9 Friday weigh ins and I will add you to the list. Meanwhile, don't take this the wrong way, but we hope to see less of you from now on in :D

  • Morning all and  to the newbies

Thankyou Dragon, for the update, wow 4 stones in 3 wks, thats a great achievement, (wish it was all mine):rotfl:

    Todays plan

B: usual hf cereal and fruit
L: sardines on one slice of toast with side salad
D: bowl of hm veg soup, roast chicken dinner (wont have the roasties or yorkshires)
S: hm smoothie, banana and yoghurt

Ex: shammy dog is back from his holiday at my parents, he goes when hubby and I are both on nightshift. So back to the exercise regime and I'm pleased, have really missed it.
So 5 miles of dog walking today and 10 mins of tummy exercises to start the blitz on the wobbly bits.

Hope everyone has a good day.
