Erm, probably - it's been many years since I dealt in anything except Kg! ..Think my scales do have a Lbs setting though, so will check when I have my shower and get back to you later, if that's ok? :)

Not a problem, you can keep working in kg, I will do the calculations on the spreadsheet :D

    Annoyed with myself!!!

    I'm up +2lbs

I just went into self destruct mode this week, does anyone else do this. I felt so great after loosing 5 pounds after the last couple if weeks and my clothes felt looser and I felt good so I didn't track in mfp and just went overboard.

I have to get back on track today, 2 pounds up is terrible and such a waste if my hard work.

I do it all the time! Any bad news or slight pitfall and I can eat my own (considerable) bodyweight in rubbish!

I am +1lb today. I am drawing a line under it and focussing on one day at a time.....
I promise that I will do my best.....

I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

    thanks theatregirl,
mfp says I need only 1200 kcal which is why I am losing the weight fast but I have only started three weeks ago or so and can see that the weight loss is calming down a bit so I guess it will slow down over the next weeks.
Sometimes I might be a bit over or a bit under the 1200 but I will try to keep it over it more.
