Im in hospital - nothing serious - the hospital food will be great for my weight loss!!
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

Hello everyone, please can I join in too (have followed NewLeaf over here)? :)

Dragon I went from 85kg in Feb to 72kg in July, now creeping up again (about 76kg). :o After watching a couple of documentaries recently I've been trying the feast & fast thingy, but maybe cheating a bit. Would like to get below 70kg by the end of the year if possible.

B - 2 slices seeded wm toast, butter & lots of marmite (vit. B dose). Tea x 2 (skimmed milk & half spoon sugar).
L - [Cafe visit] Caramel slice. Tea (full cream milk & tube sugar).
D - Second half of yesterday's dinner (which I couldn't finish - DS cooked, bless him): Half a baked salmon steak, small baked spud, carrots & asparagus with pepper sauce. Yoghurt. Water.
S - Couple of handfuls of blackberries from the hedgerow (yummy!).

    E - 3km dog-walk (1km pulled by Clever Dog).

ETA: Half a small portion of dinner wasn't quite enough as it turned out, so must add a wm sandwich; smoked salmon & cream cheese + tea with skimmed milk.

    Hi all :)

Ergh, I am so full of cold - feel terrible. Just after I got over my bad cramps! I'd like to go more than a week without feeling poorly soon :rotfl:

Anyway, I am not letting it ruin my food...I have had a good week this week and am SO hoping to be able to report a loss tomorrow. Fingers crossed!

    So, today's food...

B - mashed banana on WW toast, tea (241)
    L - innocent veg pot, 2 squares chocolate (374)
S - glass of orange juice (for the cold!) and a handful of cereal but I didn't measure to count the cals in the cereal
    D - spaghetti puttanesca

Total cals - 1153, but a few more for the handful of cereal.

    I think if I haven't lost tomorrow I'll cry!

Yay! I can report a 2 lb loss this week :)

But as I gained a lb last week, I think that still makes me -2 for the challenge overall.

Does anyone remember what date was the date we were using as our starting weight? I can't figure out if my numbers are right because I can't remember what weight I started on for this challenge! Doh! It may be that I am -3 for the challenge but I can't remember, argh!

ETA - I think I have figured it out and I am actually -3 for the challenge.......I think!

Good luck to everyone else weighing in today!
