Will try to weigh in tomorrow depending how the time goes, got to leave by 9.30am to pick up my friend on the way to the airport. Have a good weekend, if I don't get to post I'll be back next week. The forecast for Barcelona is thunder storms this weekend :rotfl:

l - crackerbread with dairylea, branston pickle.

Well...OH got home and refused to have the fish stew I had got out the freezer. Apparently he didn't really like it first time round and he didn't tell me! Oops. So he has demanded pizza :o

I'm hoping it's not too bad...I am allergic to cheese so I get a personal sized (4 slices) pizza with no cheese, and no meat (just onion and mushroom). Surely that can't be too bad? We're getting a chicken side order too which is 186 cals (Domino's have started putting calorie counts on their website!). I still don't come in TOO bad today.

B - banana porridge with raspberries, tea (319)
L - veg soup, sugar snap peas, apple (262)
    S - tea, 2 dark choc rice cakes (142)
    D - pizza, chicken bits (620)*

Total cals for day - 1343

*I estimated the pizza at 434 cals cos I found a WW pizza on my calorie counting app that included cheese and more toppings that was that many calories, so mine surely can't be more than that when it has no cheese and fewer toppings...

    Evening All,

I have been doing terribly over the past few days at sticking to low carb and today has been just as bad. I was really tired today so DH said he'd treat us to fish and chips for our evening meal to save me cooking after work. We did share a portion though, rather than having one each.

B: Muesli with extra seeds and raisins
L: 2 poached eggs on toast. Raspberries with Greek yoghurt.
D: Half a fish and a third of a portion of chips. Coke. Very large shortbread biscuit.
Snack: Cadbury's fudge and several glasses of milk.

Exercise: 12 mile run. 1 mile of walking.
