  • Morning Everyone

Been AWOL for a few days – one of those CBA phases I’m afraid – and yes I did slip a bit over the weekend as well. A friend and I decided to try making some hm tia maria, recipe found somewhere on this forum. It was a poor substitute but we drank it anyway

Been trying to do some damage limitation over the past couple of days and according to the scales I’m getting back gradually. Meals today may be a bit haphazard as I have a funeral to go to just after lunchtime but have a fair bit to travel to get there.

    B – yoghurt & fruit
Late morning – Butternut Squash Soup, Egg Sandwich
D – Turkey Steak, cabbage, mashed swede, sweetcorn

Theatre girl, maybe you could ask your mum not to buy you naughty treats? :) our loved ones can sabotage us hugely when they are only trying to be nice! (Case in point - my fianc! saying to me last week 'you've had a bad day and you've done so well in your diet, why don't you have some cake?' Doh!)

Argh I'm struggling today with motivation to exercise! Food is going fine, kept to 1192 cals yesterday and today should be 1204, both of which are good.

It's just it's my day off work today and I know I must exercise, but I am tired and have no motivation or energy! :( I have spent a good few hours on my feet doing housework but I know that doesn't really count.

I have a treadmill, a stepper, a wii fit, and the 30 Day Shred DVD. I have NO excuse! Eeeerrrrrrgggghhhh :(
