  • Update: Finally digested massive lunch but still very satisfied!!
    Had a very small helping of meat pasta bake about 9.30pm and that will see me through to late morning tomorrow.

    Snacks today - just a ww caramel wafer bar and a cup of tea.
  • So much for good intentions :o - Sunday

    b - carrot& apple homemade muffin
    l - bacon and egg roll
    d - roast chicken, roast potatoes, swede/carrot mash, gravy

    snack - packet crisps, slice hm banana flapjack
    exercise - lots of housework

    If I dont get back on track soon I will stop posting.

    Not sure on meal plan for today, but I am going to walk into town (30-40 mins) then have lots of errands to run, and will go to @ldi later this afternoon.

    Morning all :)

    The pets let me sleep in til 8.30am! So now I'm running around like a headless chicken trying to catch up - some alarm clock they are today :p

    B - F&F, chopped nana, skimmed milk
    L - fresh fruit salad, dollop of ff yogurt
    D - mackerel with teasp tartare sauce, small jacket. Side salad with teasp rf mayo
    S - grapes, plum, nectarine
    E - missed gym slot so housework/gardening/ironing/step/stretch instead

    Bit black over Will's mothers today, but have a sunny day whatever the weather :)

    Slept in till 10.45am! Most rest I've had for a week - and I had last week off due to downtime within my job. Back to the grindstone this week though!

    todaaaaaaay:
    b- [more like eleveneses!] egg with slice w/m toast, buttered.
    l- [around 3pm as I leave the house at 4.20pm] crackerbread with cheese, pickled onions, sunbites crisps.
    d- ww spaghetti bolognese ready meal.
    s- ww caramel bar on way from work. if I'm hungry on way to work I might have to pop into the PO across the street from my work and get a snack, but will see.

    Dont give up!! Im also finding it hard going

    Today:

    B: strawberries, blueberries, sprinkle museli, sprinkle nuts, greek yog
    S: bannna, 3 x satsuma
    L: LO stew 1 slice thin hm bread, handful grapes
    S: apple, handful nuts
    T: Pack up at college- ham and cheese spread roll, tracker bar

    We have cakes in the office today due to a birthday and biscuits brought from someones holiday but im not having any cake I may have 1 small biscuit

    No exercise today due to work then straight to college
    O/S weight loss 2.5 /10lbs (11st 8.0- 08.02)

    Oooo yes please if possible, always like a challenge, hmmmm now we have 9ish weeks till Christmas so if I say 20 pounds will that be ok? I do normally weigh in on a Tuesday would it be best for me to weigh in on a Friday especially for the challenge :)

    Hello everyone! Day 1 for me! its always day 1 latley hehe :O

    Brekkie: Homemade fruit smoothie, 250ml ss milk, blueberries and strawberries, 2 tbsp yeovalley 0% fat nat yog :D

    Lunch : Ham salad sandwich, tbsp salad cream, bag cheese and onion crisps cuppa tea

    Tea: Fish Co smoked haddock fillet with uncle bens vegetable rice

    Exercise today is 1 hour kickboxing at 7pm :D Hope you all are having a good day!

    I think it is 10 weeks to Christmas (please:eek::eek::eek:) and in my very humble opinion can I just ask if you think 20 lbs is too much to lose the Old Style way? x
