Oh dear - my earlier battle with the rabbit outdoor run seems to have given me an appetite. I hardly ever eat supper as a meal, but my dinner just didnt seem to be enough for me! About an hour ago (2.5 hours after dinner) I got really hungry, had a w/m bread cheese sandwich with some sunbites crisps and then three slices of cake. I had budgeted into my meal plan earlier one slice.....but it was a mcvities toffee apple one and ohhhhh it was like a *ahem* orgasm in my mouth LOL.

Theatregirl- ill hide from Dragon with you!!!
I drank ALOT lastnight we were out from 5pm-midnight at the horse races and I think I drank close to 2 bottles of wine _pale_ needless to say I feel awful today!!
I dont drink alot usually but when I do i seem to go over board- its classic binge drinking and i know its really bad for me
Ill post meals for today later.........hopefully my head will work by then :rotfl:O/S weight loss 2.5 /10lbs (11st 8.0- 08.02)0 -
In anticipation of my visitor next week, I picked up a M&S meal for 2 yesterday. This is where my over-riding thrifter kicks in and must get the best value for money, which usually means added calories, (a side of pre-prepared veg is not good value for money). Hence the sour cream stuffed chicken breasts, side of breaded Camembert, and desert of profiteroles. So I must be extra good before digging in on Thur now, and also must hide the profiteroles under something else in the fridge
:EasterBun
Meal plan:
B: Potato scones (with real butter, which I bought for the OH)
L: Bagel with LF Cream cheese (bagels reduced to 10p, thrifter again)pasta with roasted veg, pesto and a little bit of smoked pork sausage (about 1/6)
S: Apples and bananas0 -
Savesummore - sounds like a good night to me! I'm the same - all or nothing when it comes to alcohol and then the "never again" morning after.:o
Have finally been swimming :j - really enjoyed it but I found the first 20 lengths quite hard then got into the swing of it - 1 mile (64 lengths) in 35 mins so not as bad as I thought it would be. Have also walked the dog in the park with the canine "playgroup" that seems to be there on a Sunday morning - nice to watch them all bounding about in the sunshine.
If the day stays as nice as it is at the moment will take the dog for a walk at the nature reserve for an hour or so later - he needs a bath so can get as mucky as he likes.
Had a 2/3 of a large bag of crisps last night but counted them in the cals so not a disaster. In my defence there was no wine though.;)0 -
Well done paintingrainbows!
I join you yet again because my weight is becoming a problem now. I do worry about my future because so far this year I have lost a stone and put that and more back on. If I carry on at that rate I'll be 20 stone by the time I'm 40.
So, I'm sat here with my cuppa and about to dig out myfitnesspal log in and get to grips with it all.
I'm as OS as they come by the way, my meals are hearty with the odd yorkshire or dumpling added in. I like to bake too.
Are you joining in on the Christmas Challenge fuddle? If so how much do you hope to lose?Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup
