Met up with some friends at lunchtime and one of them had made more panninis, she forced me to bring 4 home just when I'd finished the last batch
B - dry fried egg on plain W'tons Danish toast
L - bacon and egg brown bread sandwich in a cafe, best of a small list of bad choices
D - grilled mackerel, 1/2 small jacket, salad
S - nectarine, satsuma, nana, plum, grapes
E - 3/4 hour housework then ironing this morning, 3 min sessions of stretch/weights throughout the afternoon
Sunday afternoon television is rubbish, gives me lots of time to 'enjoy' myself doing more constructive things0 -
Went out for lunch today with cousins as mentioned - think I overdid it a little bit - had 3 slices of garlic pizza bread, a chicken & bacon wrap with honey and mustard sauce, a couple of spoonfuls of coleslaw and half a portion of chips, then followed that with half a waffle with chocolate ice cream and honeycomb pieces.
please note the half portions Dragon
dont think I'll be eating at all for the rest of the day!!! - maybe a slim fast chocolate shake much later but otherwise not thinking of food now!0 -
Evening All
It's been a DGD day today so I've been kept busy all day.
B: 2 boiled eggs mashed with salt, pepper and butter
L: HM tomato soup (HG tomatoes). Mandarin oranges.Chicken thigh with green beans and mushrooms, garlic and onions in a creme fraiche paprika sauce. HM chocolate mousse.
Snack: Half a cheese straw - made jam tarts with DGD and then cheese straws with the left over pastry.
Exercise: Lots of dancing, jumping, spinning and playing. Walk to shops and back in the morning.

So knowing the profiteroles are there and that I can't have them, coupled with reading something about the wonderful experience of chocolate melting on the tongue and.... I'm adding a bar of dairy milk to my daily meals.

Do calories eaten in honour of a birthday actually count or are they free ones?
It's my Dad's birthday tomorrow so it was all round for a lovely roast dinner! I may have eaten too many potatoes and there was an extra bit of lamb that was looking lonely.
Been quite good the rest of the day though and tomorrow is another day............again!:T

l- Big roast dinner - lamb, pot, yorkies and all the trimmings! Strawberry Flan for pud. 1 glass of wine
t- 2 of those warbutons sandwich slice, some cheese, bag plain crisps, cup-cake (had to eat this cos I made them and needed to test them!!)
Back on track tomorrow!:A0 -
