Annoyed with myself!!!
I'm up +2lbs
I just went into self destruct mode this week, does anyone else do this. I felt so great after loosing 5 pounds after the last couple if weeks and my clothes felt looser and I felt good so I didn't track in mfp and just went overboard.
I have to get back on track today, 2 pounds up is terrible and such a waste if my hard work.0 -

hi everyone, sorry not been around much this week - so busy at work. Did a sneeky WI on Monday and was up! but today I am back to where I was last WI so a STS for me.
My downfall is the weekends - I am nice and organised all week and then on Sat and Sun it all goes to pot. I am going to try really hard this weekend.
Robin - I am nearly the same as you. I sat at 72 for ages and I have finally dropped to 69.5 - my goal is 65 but not sure if I will get there by Christmas.
Hope everyone has a good weekend

Morning All,
I’m happy to say after the disgraceful week I’ve had I’ve managed to STS despite my indulgences which included a Chinese takeaway last night……..weeelll……. it was my birthday.
So I’m back to old clothes and porridge today, haven’t yet decided on my meals but they WILL be healthy.......promise

Hello everyone, please can I join in too (have followed NewLeaf over here)?

Dragon I went from 85kg in Feb to 72kg in July, now creeping up again (about 76kg).
After watching a couple of documentaries recently I've been trying the feast & fast thingy, but maybe cheating a bit. Would like to get below 70kg by the end of the year if possible.
B - 2 slices seeded wm toast, butter & lots of marmite (vit. B dose). Tea x 2 (skimmed milk & half spoon sugar).
L - [Cafe visit] Caramel slice. Tea (full cream milk & tube sugar).
D - Second half of yesterday's dinner (which I couldn't finish - DS cooked, bless him): Half a baked salmon steak, small baked spud, carrots & asparagus with pepper sauce. Yoghurt. Water.
S - Couple of handfuls of blackberries from the hedgerow (yummy!).
E - 3km dog-walk (1km pulled by Clever Dog).
ETA: Half a small portion of dinner wasn't quite enough as it turned out, so must add a wm sandwich; smoked salmon & cream cheese + tea with skimmed milk.
*Robin* good to see you - this means you want to lose 13 pounds in 9 weeks (well 13.2 actually!) is that right?Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup
