yep, unfortunately, I have to eat a minimum amount to get my system primed enough for the coeliac test to be meaningful. Which really means wheat rather than oats and I did eat a couple of bananas during the week but unfortunately while they're brilliant for restoring potassium levels there's no gluten in them - though there are still lots of carbs

Still, the end is in sight, one more week to go, then blood tests and I can give my poor body less of what it so obviously hates and with any luck the weight will come falling off

Oh dear oh dear. I managed to find a bagel in the depths of the freezer and had that with some jam for breakfast. And I've just decided to have home made pizza for dinner (well, it will be the only other meal I eat today so it will be lunch and dinner). I know it's all unhealthy and carb filled but I feel so unwell and it's all I fancy
woe is me, etc. I think that plus the bagel won't take me TOO far over my daily cals and I'll have some fruit if I get hungry otherwise. Tomorrow's meals are planned and calorie counted and I'm planning on feeling better by then (I WILL!)...you're only allowed one 'sick day' with a measly cold!

Went swimming lastnight did 40 lengths in about 33mins which im happy enough with unfortunatly i undid my hard work last night with a glass of wine, packet of crisps and a cream egg
Im just dashing off to the hairdressers so will update eats later

nothing like the real poorlies on the thread! 
I have asthma which is totally under control 90% of the time but as soon as I get the slightest cold it can get a bit scary. At the moment I'm wheezing rather a lot and my inhaler isn't making much difference. So that's what's making me feel rubbish rather than 'just' a cold. I'll be much better after a day in bed!
PS as for treating myself...I do that too much! Just the other week it was my monthly (well, thrice yearly!) time and I did LOTS of treating myself. So I need to be a bit careful I don't just keep finding excuses to fall off the wagon...0 -
Hi all! Just to update Dragon, i weighed today at boots to get my start, want to use same scales, so will weigh at boots every week and post results based on that, well done everyone who lost and sts and tomorrow is another day for everyone else

I've lost 1 pound . So thats 1 pound loss in total. Feel very very bloated this week. Need to start exercising again, im such a lazy bones.
