Went to IKEA today. Didn't buy the lamp I went for but did have meatballs, chips and a piece of cake. xBack for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

I have been decluttering today, and looking at old photographs reminds me that I have let the pounds creep on a bit. Ideally I would like to lose 24 lbs, but I think I'll set my initial target a bit lower to motivate me!
I'd love to see a weighing scales reading beginning with 10 stone, rather than 11 stone (it's been about a year.....) I have fluctuated between 11'8 and 11'4 for ages.....
So....inital weight-loss target of 8 lbs by Christmas ( 8 weeks!)
I really need motivation with this.

Our local W*itrose has the tortilla wraps with the other tortilla/wrappy things (I am guessing you mean make your own and not pre-made as you mentioned sarnies as well *shrug*.)
Not good here in Dragonland, I spent all of yesterday afternoon and most of today throwing up, shaking with stress and feeling suicidal (oh and overnight 8 s*dding pounds went on :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:), bliddy ATOSDo not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup

Totally understand where you are coming from with ATOS - Hugs xxI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0
