Welcome castlelough, and huge hugs to Dragon.
Sun is shining brightly today, always makes me feel more motivated, I'm a bit fed up of walking shammy dog in the rain. So will wrap up warm and do some extra long walks today.

The start of a week off work today. Got a shopping trip planned with daughter Emma as she needs new school shoes. This will involve lunch out. Not many options in our town centre though. xBack for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

Afternoon all,
I had to be out early this morning for a hairdresser appointment so I missed breakfast. Don’t you just hate breaking in a new stylist, my usual hairdresser is on maternity leave and this one is just not getting to grips with my hair!!
Managed to stick to the plan yesterday with no added extras but it was a case of using up all the odd bits of stuff lurking in the fridge – an inventory of the freezer also turned up soups that I had forgotten I had made :j (result) but with the amount I have stashed in there I should be able to feed myself for a good few weeks, all the more pennies to go into the Christmas purse :T.
Sunday
L – Cauliflower & parmesan soup
D – HM 7inch Pizza with tomato, small piece of goats cheese a couple of wrinkly mushrooms and a sprinkling of parmesan.
Today =
L – Smoked Haddock Chowder
D – Pork Chop, roasted parsnips, Brussels sprouts, green beans
Thankfully my chocolate craving has gone so I’ve hidden the rest of the bar at the back of my baking cupboard. It’s probably that TOTM - even though I’m a lady of a certain age I still seem to get these symptoms.Jan - June Grocery spends = £531.61
July - Grocery spends = £119.54
Aug - Grocery spends = £42.190
