    Back on track today:eek:
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

  • Morning all and Welcome Coxy

    Plan for today:

B: usual hf cereal and fruit
L: small jacket, beans and salad
D: hm lentil bake with kale and green beans
    S: small smoothie, plums, yoghurt
Ex: dog walking and the exercise DVD I didn't get round to doing yesterday.

Paperwork day for me today, finishing the tax return and meal planning for the month as we get paid tomorrow, as well as the usual housework.

I have 2lb of eating apples past their best (bought cheap),to use up, so off to find a healthy recipe, is it possible to make pie without any fat or sugar?

Bad bad day yesterday. Went shopping. Had lunch in Costa - panini and half a triple choc muffin. Went into Pound shop looking for Halloween wings for Emma and came out with Thorntons (very impressed that they were £1 a bag) chocolates for her friend and a bag of special toffee for me. Then MrM bought us Krispy kreme donuts. I did however do Biggest Loser workout later.
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

Hello, do you mind if I join you lovely people?

Have previously been a member of 'club' format healthy eating. I know what I need to do, and usually cook from scratch, so it should (in theory) be simples right? :o

Today I have had the following:

B - 2 x ww toast, scraping of marg, hedgerow jam
S - Pears in natural juice
    L - 2 x ww toast, mushrooms cooked in fry l!ght
    S - 2 x p!nk & whites
D - 1/6 lasagna, 1/4 pack chunky chips, green beans (Tosco meal deal)
    S - Curly Wur!y

Blimey - looking at all those snacky bits, it's not a good start. Must do better tomorrow!

    Coxy

    Morning all, welcome Coxy :)
(I have a Coxes espalier on my garden wall, it grows the biggest eating apples I've ever seen, more like Bramleys. Bet you're nowhere near as fat and round as my Coxes!)

B - spicy porridge with sultanas & sk milk
L - 2 slices Danish, 1xrf spread, 1xrf mayo, filled with sliced tomato, mushroom, grated carrot, rf grated cheese.
D - sc chicken & tomato casserole with cous cous
S - fresh fruit salad with kiwi, pear, satsuma, plum, rf squirty cream
E - none/just pottered doing necessary tidying/cleaning bits. Trouble with feeling low is I'm eating but not moving, but booked the car in for MoT/service tomorrow so making myself go out

    Have a sunny day :)

    Hi Everyone

Feels abit of a fed up Tuesday today!! Work is quiet so im abit bored  and unfortunatly that gives me too much time to think about eating :rotfl:

    Trying to be good though

    S: banana, satsuma
L: HM tom and basil soup, 3 crisp breads and dairylea triangle
    S: 2 x satsumas, apple, grapes
T: HM chilli beef & chickepea with Jacket potato

I am trying out having a bigger breakfast to hopefully stop me feeling so hungry during the day thus (hopefully) avoiding snacks

Not good here in Dragonland, I spent all of yesterday afternoon and most of today throwing up, shaking with stress and feeling suicidal (oh and overnight 8 s*dding pounds went on :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:), bliddy ATOS :(

Okay follow on from this, apparently there has been a "clerical error" and I shouldn't have heard from ATOS again, hmm do I trust them NOT to make another "error", at the moment my answer is NO! so stress levels still quite high here, but trying to get back on track.
