Afternoon All
You are not the only one Daisiegg - I have put back on last weeks 1lb loss. I know why - too many carby treats when Mum was here and then carrying on once she had gone. I've had another bad day today too but intend to start afresh tomorrow.

WW- I have set myself a new swimming challenge but Im yet to swim a length of it :rotfl:
I'm another guilty of too many treats this week and haven't been swimming yet either.:o
Well done to all the losers! Loads of us this week and a good few with multiple lb losses! Thats a bit beyond me I'm afraid but I am pleased with a 1lb loss.
I'm having a relaxed day today - purely due to tiredness and can't be botheredness.:o
Had a shop bought egg sandwich for lunch and a bag of crisps and have no idea whats for tea yet. No snacks yet but I'm not holding my breath.
And after a week from hell I'm having a glass of wine tonight - so there.
Will start afresh tomorrow.0 -
Slept in this morning so forgot to weigh in - will do it tomorrow!
b - museli with skimmed milk and some grapes
l - minestrone soup, pear and a greek yogurt with honey
s - chocolate espresso
t - spinach, tomato and beef lasagne with salad - it's great as it's lots lower in fat and calories, but still tastes amazing!
Not a bad day todayBe who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.
