  • ej22 - that is an incredible amount of weightloss, well done. :D

I am fantastically happy this morning!! After two weeks of nothing....this morning I got on the scales and I am -1lb!

    :T

Now to keep it up - I still need to go to the doctor about my monthly friend as stated in a much previous post...but for now I have retained my sanity (wonder if that is very heavy in the scales - might be worth losing that too! :rotfl: )

meal plan for today I will write later as DM has a few things up from the freezer and I'm confused about what she said she'd be cooking tonight. :)

Happy happy Friday - I know mine is :A

  • Hello all,

Hope everyone is ok! Sounds as though some people are really up against it this week!

I think I am having a bad week too - I am on my own at work and there is loads to do (I shouldn’t be on here really as loads to do but no matter how many lunches I’ve worked through the work pile hasn’t gone down!) Everything at home is nearly done – should be finished next weekend.

My salad went off this week as someone had unplugged the works fridge so that along with my yogurts went in the bin – such a waste!! Still need to meal plan and bulk cook tomorrow for next week – will not make the same mistake!

I am really pleased though as I have lost 1lb – not sure how I have done that given I have been eating a lot of fatty things … I can only assume it is because I have now missed 2 evening meals and gone straight to bed (exhaustion of been up with DD, not deliberately starving myself)

Do we do any exercise challenges – I need to do more but I am banned from the gym at the moment pending my gallbladder being removed

Well done on the losses people - sorry I have forgot name but well done to the 8.8 lb loss! :):T

My meal plan - now I know whats going on in our house lol

b- brown toast (2 slices) with cheese
l- dairylea triangles on white bread (has to be used before it goes funny/green) with sunbites crisps.
d- hm hotpot (gravy, minced beef, dumplings, tinned veg, tinned butter beans, tinned carrots, etc) yummmmmm :D
s- slice of cake with tea later, weightwatchers biscuit bar.

e- hoovered car this morning, she FINALLY has her new tyres and hubcaps and she's all shiny! drove to pet shop afterwards and got 3 small bales of hay for our bunnies (they store better in our garage that way) and carried those to car. put hay in boot, took out box of books and donated them into the local BHF book bank. Had parked the car up in a road about five minutes walk away and lugged the box of books there. very strenous on the ol' arm muscles I'm sure!! need to change rabbits hutches later so that should be more exercise. :)

I forget too, but the beauty of it is that because it is free, I have one less thing to feel guilty about!

  • :( So stepping on the scales on Wednesday I have lost 5lbs and was very (very) happy. This morning, lack of sleep, stress, Wednesday's beef burger and yesterdays chocolate cake meant this week I only lost 3lbs. Obviously that's good, but that means an STS for the challenge so far (and only 2 months left to the Christmas do)

But I had another successful day. The cake at training was coffee and walnut - yuk! Hate coffee! And I didn't take any biscuits again, and no crisps either. I also didn't stop by the shop on the way home for anything bad for dinner (i.e. bottle of wine), though I was sorely tempted

    B: ham roll (brown roll)
L: 1 sandwich, chicken skewer, samosa, plum, apple
D: marinated pork chop, mash and veg tbc
S: LO baked apple slices, banana
