My scales are showing a loss of 7 lbs in 11 days....do any of you knowledgeable people know how much of that is likely to be water? I know realistically that is probably not 'real' weight loss, but I'd like to think some of it is!

Not been doing well with the low sugar/low carb. Had a rather rubbish week, DH is being a bit of a (insert preffered expletive here) so I have been a bit off...

So much to do and not enough time and I have a cold!
I was stripping wallpaper for an hour in the bathroom at 10 o clock last night (I had a bath and the paper went soft so I took my moment!) which may have burned some calories...

Hope everyone else is doing better than me.

Sparrer - that is genius, I may use that tenchnique myself, it's win win!

    O/S weight loss 2.5 /10lbs (11st 8.0- 08.02)
  • Another rubbish night's sleep - woke at 3am and then stayed awake until 6am when I had to get up.
Food had been ok - within allowance - but only dog walking done as exercise today (on top of work) too tired for anything else.
I'm sitting here with a bag of organic bombay mix - must put it away before the whole bag disappears.:o

Good luck to all with the weigh in tomorrow.
  • Evening All

I am sitting here at DS's babysitting and feeling exhausted as I've been having disturbed sleep due to toothache (Snap savesummore). I had a check up at the dentist last week and he decided two very old fillings need replacing - which isn't being done till the end of October. In the meantime, all the poking about he did has meant I can't eat or drink anything hot or cold without it twinging!

However, I have just rooted in my handbag to answer a text from DH and found some chocolate he'd put in for me to find as a treat!

    B: Raspberries with Greek yoghurt.
L: 2 poached eggs on 2 slices of toast.
D: Sole with green beans and cheese sauce. HM chocolate mousse.
    Snack: Half a Twirl

Exercise: 1 hours Pilates. Walks to and from work etc adding up to about 2 miles. It would have been more but I'm so tired I've been accepting lifts.

    Yesterday's food...

B-tea, porridge with raspberries and soya yogurt
    S- small banana
L - 3 plain ryvita, tuna, lettuce, carrot, tomatoes. Then a slice of bread and jam with a cup of tea!
D- salmon cooked in ginger, honey and soy. Vegetable stir fry with just a tiny amount of noodles.

The scales say I've lost another lb (I know I shouldn't weigh every day!) which brings it to 8lbs in 2 weeks. Not sure of that is correct or not,..,need to make sure it doesn't just all go back on at the weekend!

Hope everyone has a good Friday!
