I dont think I can manage 1lb a week and I dont want to stress myself out about it.(already stressed with work which is why I'm not sleeping and on here at this ridiculous time in the morning having been awake since 2am  )
I seem to either lose or maintain so as long as I'm not putting weight on its all good

Hello all   stranger here
It's been weeks and weeks since I've been on this thread, since I decided to stop weighing in every week. But I thought I'd pop by to announce that since I've stopped worrying about the scales, I've lost 4 pounds!
So if it's ok ragz can you add this loss to this week's weigh in, I know I'm not technically doing the challenge, but I have still been ready the thread from time to time, and am still endeavouring to eat nutritious, unprocessed food and exercise.0 -

Hi all
I was here a little while and then summer happened and I was away most of the time....but I am back and back on the wagon! Got to get the wedding body sorted!
Hope you don't mind me joining you again...
I have signed up to nutracheck, I used to use it years ago and I decided I needed a proprer boost of calorie counting to get me started. I won't do it for ages as I really hate rigidly counting calories, but I think I need to do it for a little while.
So today...
Breakfast - porridge with raspberries and a little bit of vanilla soya yogurt, cup of tea - 250 cals
Banana - 60 cals
Lunch - hm sweet potato soup, kiwi, cup of tea - 221 cals
Snack - tiny amount of cereal and yogurt (whilst tying to resist baking!!!) - 127 cals
Dinner - hairy bikers' diet cassoulet with sweetcorn and runner beans - 573 cals
That comes to 1231 so I figure I have a little bit left for a piece of fruit before bed if I'm hungry.
Hope everyone has had a good day!0 -
No worries if you don't think you can do 14lbs, I just think I need to give myself a big target and a set end date to really boost myself back into things. I've stagnated for a while but have my motivation back! Today I hit the gym with a vengeance for the first time in 2 weeks (I have been but not really put a lot into it) - it's 1 month to the local 4k fun run, and I'm going to see if I can manage to run 4k by then.
another 1.5lbs of that pesky water weight disappeared today again, what a relief! (I don't know if it came accross how much I was panicking :rotfl:)
Off for some training tomorrow, I have to get up at 5am  so that I can get there for 9. It's going to be a 14 hour day, so I will have to watch that I don't eat too much because I'm tired.0 -

D - other half of yesterdays carbonara a la sparrer - fusilli, chopped rf sausage, onion, courgette, mushroom beaten egg, ff yogurt
