Thanks for all the replies. I thought of one cut in half as I've seen them on sale in sandwich bars (not bought one, too expensive!) and I could use different fillings in each half. I seldom eat bread so don't think I could manage two
Yes please to the recipe SSM
SYA thanks, I'll have to look in @ldi, it's a bit far away (and L1dl even further) but I'll plan a shop there in the next couple of weeks0 -
Link here gives recipes for wraps and chapattis. DS keeps asking for wraps, I may actually get around to making some this evening, they are so cheap and easy and I have a 10kg sack of flour downstairs that I have been using to prop the door open for the last few months! (Low carb = a lot less flour being used!)

Not a bad day today - haven't had anything naughty (yet) and I'm off on an organised walk in about an hour taking the dog with me. I think it will only be for about 90 mins or so (before it gets dark) but better than nothing and I'm getting out and about, meeting people and getting the dog walked - all for the princely sum of £1;)
Does anyone else think its gone cold all of a sudden? Felt quite chilly all day - perhaps there's not as much lard on me these days to keep me warm:p
Had a sneaky weigh this morning and it looked promising but will do it again in the morning and report in an official figure for the week (whatever it is).
Good luck to everyone - I think quite a few of us are struggling - a combination of a change in the weather, kids going back to school or going back to work, and the darker evenings. Roll on summer!0 -
Evening All
I didn't get chance to post yesterday as my daughter was home for a flying visit, which was lovely. I'm just waiting for a text to say she's got back safely and I can relax. I've been so busy I haven't had chance to snack and have lost the 3lb that piled on over the weekend. Hurray.
B: Raspberries with Greek yoghurt
L: Scrambled egg on toast. Strawberries and cream.Half a grilled aubergine with cheese and red onion marmalade, served with salad. HM chocolate mousse.
Exercise: 1 hour Pilates. Various walks adding up to about 2.5 miles I should think. Running around being a ball boy whilst DD and DS played tennis.

Just back from the new meetup group walk and had a lovely time - although we did finish it off in the dark.
Met some great new people - men and women - and chatted the whole way round. The dog is a real icebreaker so glad he came with me.
Will definitely go with that group again.
Celebrating my new venture with a bag of crisps - counted in the cal allowance of course!:)0 -
