OMG - I ate a LOT this weekend, mostly Saturday. I won't list it because you would faint!

Me too ragz, went to the seaside for 4 days and their food is very calorie-laden! ;)

    Morning All

I have had a very bad weekend eating wise and have put on 3lbs!! That despite running and walking 12 miles on Saturday and walking 14 miles on Sunday. Too much bread apart from anything else

    Rose

Weighed myself this morning and have put on 4lb . Hotel breakfasts are full of fried bread and toast, lunches and dinners all have lovely soft brown bread rolls with them...what's a woman to do?! Go back to the gym tomorrow, that's what :p

    Today I had..

B - mashed nana in ff yogurt
L - mushroom & rf cheese omelette (one egg)
D - skin off grilled chicken breast, tomato, lettuce, cucumber, red pepper, 1 desertspoon rf mayo
    S - 2 pears, 2 oranges, nana
E - none, slept most of the day :(

Hopefully back to normal tomorrow, lots of work to do to lose the extra lb's :)

    D: chicken salad sandwich, banana
    S: banana, ?nv bar
E:??? depends what time I finish work

Hope everyone has a good day

My week has gone to plan so far, except in my cake baking session last night (if it's your birthday, you take cake into work for everyone) I forgot to make any lunch for today. But lemon and blueberry cake is a good substitute!
