Evening All
Well I've been far too busy to eat cake today - this seems to be the first time I've stopped. I had Pilates this morning, then did a load of housework, then went to work, then came home and cooked dinner, then DGD arrived and we played, then I took her home and put her to bed - and then I did housework for DS and DDiL till they got back at 10.15! And breathe. Still, it means I've not had any chance to nibble and I've had loads of exercise.
B: 2 hardboiled eggs mashed with salt, pepper and butter.
L: Half an aubergine baked with red onion marmalade and cheese and served with salad. Raspberries with Greek yoghurt.Pork loin chop with sauteed courgette, cauliflower cheese and mushrooms.
Snack: 20g of dark chocolate
Exercise: 1 hour of Pilates, 2 miles of walking (approx), lots of housework including washing floors on my hands and knees.

Just like my plan to cut out everything evil and shed the 4lb I gained on holiday....except I need to empty the freezer and the pepperoni pizza which has been there since I don't know when had to be first to go. I did share it with the dog though
B - spicy fruity porrdge
D - pepperoni pizza, no crust (that's inside the dog). Last 2 scoops rf vanilla ice cream. None left now so temptation out of the way

S - nana, satsuma
E - 1 hour gym this morning
Tomorrow I will be good...0 -
Have managed to redeem myself this week after the weekend. Looking up again! Unfortunately we are in the caravan at a steam show this weekend and my good intentions always fail dramatically. I could not drink though, that would save some calories - I rarely drink at home but feel compelled to in the caravan! It's a lot harder to do low carb alternatives for me when we are confined to a small kitchen and fridge, so I will try to plan now and just not take much naughty stuff with us...
Today
Breakfast - carrot and hummous, yogurt and raspberries.
Lunch - omelette?
Dinner - sausages with mashed sweet potato and cabbage.June Grocery Challenge £493.33/£500 July £/£500

My dog would happily move in with you - he'd kill for pizza. Its the only food he begs for. Good job I don't have it very often (but its yummy when I do).
Not a bad day - only ate what I took to work and a jacket spud and beans for tea (some of which also ended up in the dog).
Done plenty of walking and a 30 min kind of power walking/jog type affair with the dog just now to work off his second tea. Podgy pooch.:rotfl:Dread to think what we looked like.0 -
I ate cake at book club last night!!! It was delicious honey cake and I'm trying to find a justification but I haven't really got one!:embarasse
Back on that wagon again today!
b- porridge + dried fruit
l- left-over pasta from last night. 4 mini choc jammie dodgers
d- sweet & Sour chicken + rice + veg, might have a yogurt later
s- none really! Boss was in work this morning so I didn't even get a drink until half past one!:(
e- walked the dog 3 times - took a longer route at lunchtime but dog wanted to sniff everything so it wasn't exactly a brisk walk!:cool:0 -
Rose Wood - Your dinners always look so tempting! I wish I could join you for the evening!
Savesumore- I've never got the cake thing! I remeber working somewhere where we had 4 teams in one room so we started off having to buy cakes for them all until we decided just to buy for our own team!
Sparrer, I chopped down a whole heap of stuff in the garden too - didn't think of that as exercise.
Now I've filled the wheelie bin and still have loads to get rid of!
Glad I did it earlier, it's pouring out there now - absolutely tipping it down so not sure what I'll get done for the rest of the week!0 -
