  • Molly41 - I pulled out my recipe books to help get me back in the mood - the pictures make it really easy to crave healthy food :A. Most of my week is now from 101 low fat feasts and 101 cheap eats.

Plan for the week is now:
Lentil soup with krisprolls for lunches
    Pasta and pesto - Mon
    Vegetable Paella - Tue/Wed
tuna potato wedge bake - Thur/Fri,
    1 pot lamb - Sat/Sun

Potential hurdles though, team meeting (with lunch) and work BBQ on Thur/Fri, and I do have to bake cakes for work because it was my Birthday yest. I'll see how things go!

After a rubbish weekend for dieting, I'm determined to get back on track.

So this morning, I have been for a 2.5 mile walk with dogs, shredded level 3.

I have had 2 wheat biscuits with high fibre bran on, and almond milk for breakfast.

Will have a snack a pot of baked beans for lunch, and dinner unsure yet.

Hope everyone has a good Monday :-)

castlelough, we weigh in on Fridays, and I think the autumn challenge runs for another 2 weeks, (someone will be along soon to confirm). You can join at any time, just post what you'd like to lose and ragz will add you to the list.

    Plan for today:

    B: all bran and fruit
L: small jacket, salad, and tuna and sweetcorn
    D: bolognese pasta with brocolli
    S: fruit, lf yoghurt
Ex: 5 miles dog walking, housework and the ironing pile

Reading back that doesn't sound too bad, hubby will want garlic bread with his pasta but the brocolli needs using up today. Not the same I know, he'll think I've lost my marbles.:rotfl:

Hope everyone has a good day.

I have had a very bad weekend eating wise and have put on 3lbs!! That despite running and walking 12 miles on Saturday and walking 14 miles on Sunday. Too much bread apart from anything else. Hopefully, it will go as fast as it came but back to low carb for me now. I'll post my meals later as I have to go to the dentist now, then nip home, get changed and go out for a 4 mile run.

    Morning

I too had a bad weekend but too scared to get on scale yet. Savesummore - I had a korma curry and lager on Friday night. Had about 4 chips and no naan though. Managed about 10 mins on exercise cycle on Sat :o - it kills my backside :D!

Took horse cross country jumping yesterday and feel like I have been steam rollered today. Went out for Sunday dinner with the family yesterday - one yorkshire pudding only 1 of the numerous roast potatoes on the plate and lots of veg. Had a weight watchers bar for supper and some thortons brazil nut toffee that a friend has given me (actually over the weekend I have eaten the entire packet!!)

Right ... so last week before I go off on hols on Sun so back on the straight and narrow.

B - oats and ss milk
L - wafer thin ham, salad and wrap
S - low fat sausages, mushrooms, egg, tomatoes

snacks - ww pudding (still have a few to finish off) a banana and grapes.

Probably wont get much extra exercise today as have friends two horses as well as mine to see to tonight!
  • Afternoon all :)

AWOL again over the weekend :o, I should really get my laptop out at home every now and then, it's too hard to post from my phone!
Friday night we went out for curry for a friend's birthday, Saturday to the zoo with my sister and her family, so both days not great for food. Yesterday I was so tired I didn't want to eat much at all so it's probably balanced out a bit :o

    Today:
    Breakfast: yoghurt, babybel, pear
Lunch: philly and ham bagel, satsumas, apple
    Snacks: granola bar, pear
Dinner: sausages, mash and beans, bisto gravy.

    Exercise: swimming
    Little monkey born November 2012:j
    Froglet due March 2016 :D
  • Gosh I just cannot get going today- feel very Monday-ish :o

    Today:

B: strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, greek yog, sprinkle nuts
    S: 20g nuts
L: prawn salad (made with a sm bag of pre prepared salad that was full of grit-yuck!!!!) carrot sticks
    S: grapes & apple
T: LO pulled pork and mixed med veg as per yesterday

    Im going swimming tonight :T

Feel like I could eat my own body weight in cake today but will try and resist :rotfl:

  • Very tired today due to my house alarm beeping all blo*dy night - grrr!
Engineer has been called and there's nothing I can do - he has to come to change a part but he's given me a code that will stop the beeping for a little while before it starts again. Its like being on life support - constant beeps and then a flatlining noise!

As a result I'm shattered and always want to eat when tired. Today could have been worse I suppose and the only naughties scoffed was 2 oreos at work - I've counted them into my cals but could happily eat a whole packet of choc biscuits tonight, will try to resist.

No formal exercise other than dog walking today - could just about manage one foot in front of the other, no energy at all.
Oh well, tomorrow is another day.....
