Weighed in this morning as I'm away for the weekend, STS which I'm okay with
B- F&F, sk milk
D - 2 wraps with stir fried diced courgette, sausage, mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes. Strange mixture but it was surprisingly good
T - mango, 2 nectarines, banana, grapes - all needed eating before going away tomorrow
S - satsuma and pear chopped into ff yogurt
E - 1 hour gym. As I thought earlier I almost regretted going, the PT is reviewing my routine to include mat work, heaven help me!
Not sure if there's a gym where we're going but we're taking our trainers etc just in case. Have a sunny weekend0 -
just been having a quick catch up , been doing some impromptu decprating to brighten up my very drab bedroom , now its a sun shiny yellow rather than insipid magnolia:D

Morning from a very fed up savesummore!!
I got on the scales this morning and although they very briefly hovered on 9st 12lb they settled on 9st 13lbs meaning yet again STS for me
I have been so good foodwise this week and done The Shred pretty much everyday and felt thinner (:rotfl:) I really though i would lose a couple of pounds so am gutted
Im hoping with all the shredding I have built muscle and am due for my two week measure on Sunday so am hoping for some inch loss
There is no option but to carry on- no point eating biscuits and chocs as this wont help so onwards and downwards!
Good luck on the weigh in everyone im off to throw myself on the floor in a paddy :rotfl:O/S weight loss 2.5 /10lbs (11st 8.0- 08.02)0 -

I suppose staying the same is better than going up but I know how frustrating it must be and I am sure I will hit that point this next week. I cant fit in any more than I am doing now.
This week has been silly busy hence the lack of posting. I have been having my oats for breakfast and fruit as and when I can. I have been out the office a lot which has meant less sitting still. I have however bought ready made sandwiches twice but went for lowest fat / calories that I could.
So I am pleased to say that I have lost just over 2lbs this week.
I only have one more weigh in next Friday and then off on my hols. Cant wait - going to swim every day when I am there.
Have a good weekend everyone.0 -

Well done JaxJax123! Great first week loss, did you want adding to the challenge? There's 3 weeks left of this one.
I am now back to where I was at the beginning as I suspected last week, hopefully I can rectify this before the end of the challenge. If I can get back down to 11'6 by then I would be happy.June Grocery Challenge £493.33/£500 July £/£500
