    B - spicy, fruity porridge

Had to chuckle last night when I booked for DD and myself to have a hot air balloon flight (241 offer, of course ;)). Reading the small print it says 'passengers over 18 stone may be required to pay a supplement.' Just hope there won't be too many of that weight in the basket or we'll never get off the ground!! Since this site and going to the gym DD and I are under that weight together :D

    Have a sunny day :)

When and where are the hols savesummore? Exciting!

First proper day at work today with the kids back in, some of the year 7s are teeny! Bless them, all still on their best behaviour - won't last!
The good news is that I have stuck to the diet well today - no naughty biscuits or snacks (so far).
I've walked the dog in the park after work and will take him for another 30 mins brisk walking around the streets later.

Tea will be some quorn sausages to use them before they go off and tinned tomatoes and maybe a potato waffle/croquette or two depending on the cals. Breakfast for tea!
  • Quick hello

    b- w'bix as usual
l- prawn sandwich from supermarket, cadbury philly snack
d- Jacket pot & bean, aero mousse
    s-maltesers
e- dag walking today - longer walk at lunchtime and trying to walk positively every time I take him out

Off to WI - can I resist a cake!!!
  • Hi everyone! Not sure how I feel about today...

B: usual two wheatabix with whole milk and a tsp sugar
S: chocolate cream eclair :o a colleague's birthday so people brought in loads. Feel good that I only had one as was sorely tempted to have some caramel shortcake later. Sadly this meant I didn't have my mango or banana today :o
L: took a volunteer to lunch to say thank you as she's finishing (work for a charity). Couldn't avoid this, had cream of broccoli and courgette soup with a roasted veg and hummous wrap and it was DELICIOUS.
D: making mackerel fishcakes with lots of salad. May have a bit of fruit afterwards to make up for earlier!

E: nothing really but I am resting intentionally after my gym session yesterday and I do have an exercise class tomorrow as well.
