Well decorating is very hard work - perhaps you should allow yourself some extra calories?

Welsh Woofer - really well done :j:j:j
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

    Well two things to report

    1. Had Hairy Bikers Pie the filling was lovely but the pizza dough 'pie crust' im afraid i just found weird. It was okay but I said to OH we will have the filling again maybe in a small pie dish with just a normal pastry top or in a yorkshire pud
Well we still have 4 of these pies to eat so maybe ill get used to the dough :rotfl:

    2. Saw an advert for Jillian Michaels 'Body Revolution' it looks amazing but with the price of the DVD's approx £80-£100 :eek: I think it will be a loooooonnnnnnnggggg time before I try this workout (like when the price comes down 90%!)

    Monday tomorrow boo hoo hoo!!!!!!!!

Well done Welshwoofer! I know what you mean about nor being built for running, but the fact that you are doing it matters more than how well or how fast and I bet you did pretty well :)

    Still going well :)

Last night I did a C25K run with my son and I managed not to pinch any of the sweets and popcorn at the cinema. It was difficult though, the film was dreadful.

Today for me looks like this

B: 2 lean bacon, tomato, mushrooms, baked beans
    L: baked potato, mixed salad
    D: undecided
E: Cycle to the gym 15 mins, body pump class then cycle back.
