Good Morning Guys
Can I join you all. After trying for around 4 months with no luck with regards to losing weight I have decided you join you all and not just read and run. I decided I would follow WW, 3 years ago I successfully lost weight with them then I had a child.
Anyway I currently weight 171 ideally I'd like to get that down to 140 but I'll do little steps. of 2lb a week and if it is constant I should be there in 15 week (fingers crossed) So that'll take me to just before Christmas.
Today I plan to eat
B: Mushrooms, Tomato, Lean Bacon and 3 spoons of Baked Beans
L: Baked Potato with peppers, radish, celery and 20g cheeseSpaghetti Bolognese
S: If needed Banana and apple
Exercise will be squats, lunges and hand weights.
I think that's OK if you can give me any pointers that'd be great.0 -

OH currently busy making Hairy Bikers beef and Ale stew for the freezer and tomorrow we have hairy biker pies so will update how we get on with these
Went swimming last night and did 40 lengths :T
Today im feeling like ive not got enough hours in the day- work, housework, washing, ironing, meal planning, trying to do the Grocery Challenge, food shopping, gardening, work out dvd, swimming, revising for my assesment next Saturday so that I can get onto Level 2 of my course- then if I do ill have that to add to my never ending list of things to do  and of course finding time to have some sort of a life :rotfl:
I feel like something needs to give but dont want to give up anything (well maybe work :rotfl:)
Sorry-feeling sorry for myself rant overO/S weight loss 2.5 /10lbs (11st 8.0- 08.02)0 -
Savesummore - that sounds like a bonkersly busy day. Poor you! Life just catches up with you sometimes doesn't it? Hope it goes well.
My vistors have gone - hurrah! They eat constantly!
I have managed to stay within my cals (just) by being really strict (and getting criticised for it occasionally - why don't you want a bar of chocolate, you've lost enough weight now, you can have a treat etc etc).
I haven't done as much exercise as I would have liked but walking the dogs has been an escape from the house for half an hour or so a couple of times a day:o
We've just been to Wetherspoons for lunch and they now have a leaflet with all of the cals for the meals in it and I was horrified at most of them! My sister had an all day brunch and toast - 1400 cals!!!!
I had the lowest cal thing that wasn't a salad - 5 bean chilli and rice at 597 cals - it was ok but not worth almost 600 cals.
Back on the straight and narrow now though......0
