Morning all
WW well that ensured a mouthful of my morning cuppa hit the screen :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
N2BT I'm the opposite, at 4' 11 1/2" the tummy shaper bit of a pair of 'slimming' tights covers my boobs and almost cuts off the air supply to my lungs! Not sure who they make these garments for, perhaps they think everyone is the average height of 5'4"
B - F&F sk milk
L - fresh fruit salad, dollop of ff yogurt
D - fajitas with slow-fried, sliced pork tenderloin, stir-fried peppers, red onion, mushrooms, ribbon courgettes. Pud will be Sparrer Mess (just realised how _pale_ that sounds!) crumbled meringue, 1/2 low fat double cream whipped with 1/2 ff yogurt, raspberries, blackberries loganberries from the garden with blueberries and topped with white and dark chocolate curls. Have visitors coming to stay overnight, a 7 y/o boy and his two grandma's so hopefully it'll suit everyone.
S - melon, nana
E 1 hour gym, then rushed round like a mad 'un shoving things in cupboards so the visitors think I have a beautifully tidy house
Suns out, a bit watery but it's there! Have a sunny afternoon0 -
I know it will depend on personal height/weight/fitness, but roughly what is the calorie burn on level 1,2 and 3.
Thanks

Little Moog - I bought a box of those Belvita biscuits to have for breakfast as well - thought I would just have 2 with a cup of tea but by 11 was hungry so ate the other 2.
I ate all 4, and didn't feel any more hungry than usual - I have to have a snack mid-morning these days anyway, otherwise I feel sickNot bad for ~200kcals I thought. Not as filling/satisfying as a Nature Valley granola bar, but they were tasty, and most importantly can be eaten without milk at my desk - I've never been very good at breakfasts, and I'm even worse now that I've gone off milk! Stupid pregnancy fad, hope it wears off after the birth
I miss my milk!

I really need to shake off the holiday spirit! Unfortunately last few days meals have been dictated by the contents of the freezer defrosting while we were away so we had to eat it all! I had pancakes and crisps for lunch though and can't blame that on the freezer, I just have a lot of pancake flour (Approved Foods' fault!) and the little ones like pancakes.
I weighed in this morning at 4lb more than last week, but I am PM so hoping it is mostly that. Can't wait for children to go back to school so I can get back to low carb/eating less in general!

Just a quick post as DGD is due. It's my evening for babysitting but she gets dropped off here for tea and I then walk her home at bedtime.

T: Scrambled eggs on toast or boiled eggs and toast. Maybe a piece of fruit and possibly a bit of chocolate afterwards.
Exercise: 1 hour Pilates. Very short walk as been raining loads again today.

I tried the belvita brakfast bars once, but was absolutely shocked by the amount of sugar in them! It also recommends to 'eat it as part of a healthy balanced breakfast', like a latte (apparently 600 cals) and a banana = a healthy balanced breakfast?
I'm back from my hypno session, helpful in some ways - enforcing it is another matter. I dislike the idea of putting my knife and fork down between mouthfuls as I feel very self-conscious doing this, but I'll give it a go whenever I'm not eating in front of people.
Think I might step back from leaving a food diary and weighing in for a while until I get used to the hypnosis though, but I'll stick around, if only just to hear if welshwoofer has any more run ins with the old ex!0 -

Well done!!
Its a fab feeling isn't it just being able to run for that long without dying - such a sense of acheivement. I was the same with no running at all (running after the dog exhausted me) but now can plod 5K if I take my time.
Congratulations0
