I am not weighing in, I am eating flapjack.... sorry.

    :rotfl:

Well I weighed in at 5am  as my son was up at 4am to go to Chatsworth for the weekend where he is doing the field gun run. Off he set with his friend for the minibus at 5.30, half an hour later he was home ..... the pick up is 6pm tonight NOT 6am this morning... have to hugelaugh.gif or I'll bigcry.gif
Did managed to go back to bed for an hour but feel absolutely cream-crackered.

Anyway its a 1 lb loss for me this week so I am quite pleased all things considered. Plans for today

B - bacon and egg muffin (naughty I know)
L - something with salad or may make HM soup
D - when DS does eventually get gone this evening its just me for dinner so am having chicken liver spirali pasta
    S - fruit

Exercise - dont have much energy at the moment but will try and go for a walk later

  • Morning All and well done all you losers and STS'ers :T

I have just realised that I had miscalculated the amount of lbs that had gone on since my last weight-in – must have been in denial :(. Checking my notes I had got down to 9st 10lbs way back in June and over the past few weeks I had crept up to 10st 3lbs so that’s 7lbs right? (oh my god ½ a stone in the space of a few weeks  ) thankfully weighing this morning I am back down to 9st 12lbs – so for my own challenge I have lost 5lbs :j but for this challenge I am still plus 2lbs.

This time next Friday I will be getting ready to travel to Glasgow for my holiday flight so I will be happy if I get back to 9st 10lbs, ecstatic if I can get lower than that – looks like the exercise dvd’s will have to be dusted off this week, but today the weather looks kind so a session in the garden and cutting the grass will be enough exercise.

    Food-wise today =
B – Hot water & lemon, 0% Greek Yoghurt, flax seeds, raspberries
    L – Ham Salad, grapefruit
D – Turkey Burgers, portobello mushrooms instead of a bun, roasted peppers and HG miniature courgettes.
S – banana, celery sticks & triangle cheese.

Do people find it easier to say what they are eating for the day or what they have eaten? As i find if i say what im going to eat it actually turns out totaly differnet to what i have actually eaten iyswim?

I'm the same as Jammy Dodger and find if I write it down at the start of the day I am more likely to stick to it, there are however occasions like yesterday that a couple of digestive biscuits creep in to go with my spreading cheese :shhh::naughty:

Managed a 2lb loss. Which I am pleased with as have tried very hard this week.

    Plans for today

B - 2 weetabix with a few frosties on top with Almond milk
L - most prob WW soup with a slice of bread
    D - don't know, as I'm in work tonight
    S - apples and banana

E - been for a 10.5K walk this morning that I also did a 6k run in, (go with my dogs, so run when they can be let off and run beside me).
Also shred level 2 (am managing all levels now, so I don't get bored I alternate which ones I do).
Will most prob go for another long walk- approx an hour which is usually 4 miles, and a 1 mile one before work.

Hope everyone has a good day.

    I like this challenge!

Under your influence, I have lost 2lbs this week! Amazing!:j

That's 2 of the 4lbs I'd like to lose before the end of this challenge

I can't post until I get home so will always be what I have eaten and plan for dinner - before I have time to change my mind!

    So today is

    b - 2 W'bix with skim milk
l - crackers and cottage cheese thingy yellow stickered in Stresscos! Not enough crackers though - had to add a couple of crispbread!
d - am cooking burgers and chips for the family so might just have a burger with no bun and salad
s - Wagon wheel (that was a mistake! I'm sure they used to taste nice!)

Mind you that was better than yesterdays snack - I took a teenage son shopping with me and he persuaded me to buy some apple and cream turnovers! They were yellow stickered too so surely you can't get all the calories for a reduced price? Reduced price, Reduced calories, right?;)
