Oh now, where to start?!
Welcome back Ragz and Need2beThrifty (p.s. N2BT - I know EXACTLY what you're going through!)
Welshwoofer that's hilarious, so satisfying seeing your ex compromised!
Wuvvies You have more self restraint than me, definitely! Let me know how the korma turns out, as I'm really tempted to try it (and their pies!!)
A bit of a mix for me today, hypnosis session tomorrow and so I've found myself treating today a little bit like 'my last meal' but also telling myself not to be naughty:
B: toast with olive spread
L: Bagel with Salami (I love and miss salami!), 2 small apples, 2 plumsfor my last meal, I wanted pizza, steak pie, burgers, I wanted chinese, indian, dominoes! But instead I had HM spag bol (with extra lean mince, and lots and lots of veg). I did make some garlic toast to go on the side though, but that seemed a fair compromise!
S: slice of HM cake - nearly finished, and I've offloaded more than normal onto the flatmates
E: Very hectic at work, so got out too late for pump, so spent 1.5 hours in my own little pump session on the gym floor, doing various toning exercises. Did 15 mins of intervals on the treadmill too, and managed to run for 7 mins worth of that (up from 5 mins 2 weeks ago).0 -
Welshwoofer ....
What a lucky escape you had there... you could still be with him .... doesnt bear thinking about
Not feeling well since mid morning with stomach ache so havent eaten much
B - weetbic, banana and sk milk
L - nothing
Mid afternoon - ate only thing I fancied... burger from the place with the golden archesDidnt cure my stomach ache but at least it didnt make it worse
D - nothing
snacks - none
exercise - none(unless you count half an hour mooching around BnQ)
am gonna try and eat a dry cracker so I can take my meds and off to bed, hope I feel better tomorrow0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Morning all!
Glad you found the ex husband swimming story as funny as I did! The most hilarious part was the woman I was with was laughing so hard that she shrieked "don't make me laugh, I've got a prolapse!" and then promptly wee'd herself which only made us laugh more! Hilarious!:rotfl: Lucky escape!
I have visitors arriving today (mum and sister, plus dog) so have weighed this morning in case I forget in the organised chaos that my house normally turns into when they're here. The good news is I've somehow managed to lose 2 lbs:j:j
That's 17lbs gone, 3 to go:)
I'll try and get out for a short run today and am having my hair cut later (that's 2 ozs less:rotfl:) and there'll be lots of dogwalking to be done.
Hope everyone has a good day.0 -
Morning all
Have sat here with tears running down my face, laughing so much. What a great way to start the day.
Yesterday didn't quite go according to plan, went to c**stco with my mum and left my preprepared sandwich on the kitchen bench at home, so for lunch had one of their hotdogs instead. Didn't realise until logging it on myfitnesspal, (after I'd eaten it) that it had 570 cals..
No surprise then that I was over my calorie allowance again this week.
Plan for today
B: usual cereal and fruit
L: jacket potato, tuna and saladhm pork biryani
S: mango, banana
Ex: just the 5 mile dog walking today, as I need to tackle the monthly shop and the ironing pile, back to work tomorrow.
DSuccess is a journey, not a destination0 -
Hi Folks and thanks for the welcome back.
WW love your story it did make me laugh, I imagine it brought a smile to your face for the rest of the day.
Rosewood I soooo have courgette envy, mine haven’t done at all well this year and are more the size of cigars – and I don’t mean Corona’s
Looks like it’s going to be a dry day here for a change so I’m going to walk into town (5miles)as I need to get some stuff for my hols. Managed to get some reduced bikini bits last week, they don’t match but I don’t care as it’s been years since I had the nerve to wear one – still got my trusty one-piece though
I also need some decent foundation garments (body shaper) to get a smoother line under a clingy dress and although at 5ft 6 I don’t consider myself particularly tall – but they are sooooo short in the body – I tried one on the other day and cheese wire came to mind – if I hadn’t had my undies on it would definitely have ended up and I do mean UP   somewhere it shouldn’t be, not a good look
Today’s menu =
B – Hot water & lemon, 0% Greek Yoghurt, flax seeds & raspberries
L – Prawn Salad, Orange
D – Chilli, shredded raw cabbage, cucumber, tomato & onion salsa
S – Frozen Banana, Celery sticks with a triangle of cheese
Hope you all have a good dayJan - June Grocery spends = £531.61
July - Sept Grocery spends = £304.88
Oct - Grocery spends = £ 31.010 -
Morning all

Lunch: ham and philly bagel, apple, satsumas
Snacks: babybel, nectarine, mr kipling cake bar
Dinner: undecided, DH said he'd make a curry but not sure I fancy it!
Exercise: possibly swimming. Got the GP after work as my reflux has flared up again so feeling pretty grimwill see how I am later.

morning all
minicooper 272 - i have no restraint - the gooey biscuit fell into my mouth - on the plus side i would normally have had loads of biscuit dough while i was making them and then at least 3 biscuits when they were done so thats not too bad.
hairy dieters korma - totally amazing. i woiuld say 10/10. someone pointed it on ww and it came to 8 points and with 6 points for rice - yes a lot of points but loads less than a takeaway. i really enjoyed it and will make it again. i have also made the lasagne. its tasty and low in points but will never mistake a peice of leek for a lovely lasagne sheet!!
made pots of fruit and sugar free jelly and fat free yoghurt on top. as there was only a tea spoon of natural yog on top - i could these as free points.( sorry if u dont do ww but its what im used to) these were nice.
jelly, raspberries, jelly, strawberries then tea spoon of yog. quite yummy.
have a good day everyone0 -
Morning all ! Feeling a lot better so far this morning
never imagined stories about prolapses and people mincing around in slice and dice support garments would made methis morning :rotfl:
Plans for today
B - crumpet with 1/2 tsp spread. Plum
L - not sure
D - spag bol
snacks - fruit
Exercise - no rain forecast today so am also planning to walk into town. Need to pay for my yoga course which starts 20 sept and look for some sun cream for DS 17yo who is off to S Africa with college in October

Very funny story re your ex and the prolapse!
Well done on the weight loss - you have done really well. :T0 -
Little Moog - I bought a box of those Belvita biscuits to have for breakfast as well - thought I would just have 2 with a cup of tea but by 11 was hungry so ate the other 2.
I dont think I had enough calories yesterday as felt a bit lightheaded and iffy last night so going to try that 'myfitnesspal' that I saw Daisydaydream had mentioned.
Rosewood - I also had yellow courgette HG last night - roasted them with some diced onion and potatoe and carrot all from OH veggie garden. Was the first time I had tried it - was very nice.
Right so today one of my horses has the go ahead to start work again although it will only be walking for 6 weeks so I did 10 mins on exercise bicycle (still finding it really uncomfortable).
Breakfast - oats sachet and tea
Lunch - chicken noodle soup and brown bread
Supper - chicken wraps
snacks - ww mini choc roll and a banana
I feel a bit nervous for weigh in tomorrow0
