Savesummore – I also went to Zante a few years ago (can’t remember the resort name) but it was where there were lots of markers on the beach to protect the parts where the loggerhead turtles came ashore to lay their eggs. Hope you have a great time..
Oh I hope I see a turtle. Have a lovely holiday

WI is tomorrow, 3 weeks left of the challenge. I will be handing over the List duty after this one as I am doing an OU course and need all my time for that. We did have a few volunteers for this when I asked a few months ago so if anyone still wants to do it that would be great.
If lots of people want to do it maybe you could rotate, do one challenge then someone else does it? I don't want it to come down to me having to pick someone over other people! THough I don't expect there will be a huge fight!
Sugar free yesterday, doing well today so far.
- Bacon and cheese omelette
- Milky coffee
- Lots of peanut butter
- Big bowl of cauliflower cheese
Dinner will be bolognese, just the sauce for me, was going to have the cauliflower with it but had that now as I was hungry.June Grocery Challenge £493.33/£500 July £/£500

I am officially pooped! Forgot how kn*ckering teaching is ! Good job there's only one more day to the weekend.
I love my job though so I suppose its all worthwhile (the aching feet, no breaks at all (there's always something/someone to sort out at lunchtime), and constant nagging):).
The day has been ok, only eating what I took with me and have walked the dog in the park for 40 mins and there'll be another wander later.
Need something yummy for tea to keep me going - I want that mythical meal of low cal massive portion comfort food that cooks itself:rotfl:0 -
Evening all
b- porridge with water & skim milk
l-salad with chicken, lf greek yog, cake
d- 1/4 crustless quiche + salad, caramel aero
s- blue rocky bar
e- walked the dog twice and Jazzercise tonight!
Had to do an extra weigh in this morning. Mr Sezza gave me a new dressing down for my birthday yesterday and, as I normally weigh myself in my dressing gown, I had to check if it weighed the same as my old one!
Desperate or what!
N2b, Enjoy your holiday
Lollyfin, They're very nice here, stick around!
Sparrer, Hope you survived the gym
SyA, How did you get on at the tea? Were you attacked by any cakes?
Savesumore, Sounds like you've been doing well on the exercise. That's what I struggle with - finding time and space in my life for it
Ragz, hello
WW, My kids are a bit shell shocked this week. I can only imagine what it's like for you!
Just a question for you all as someone quite new to this forum. Do you use the Thanks button as a "like" button?

Sezzagirl - I use the thanks button on every post once I have read it so I know I have read it. That may not be its intended use but that's what I do and I know it's not just me.
Managed to stay sugar free apart from licking the lids of the kids' chocolate pots and nibbling the biscuits MIL brought round, but as I didn't eat a whole one I am counting that as a success!
Dinner - Had chili con carne with cream cheese stirred in, didn't miss the rice at all.June Grocery Challenge £493.33/£500 July £/£500

The dressing gown thing made laugh- id do that :rotfl:
I only exercise for 30mins- that why I love The 30 day Shred, also when I go swimming I only actually swim for 30mins- this works for me as then I can exercise most days without getting fed up or stressed time wise
