Morning All
A quick post as I have a Stability Ball Class followed by work, but just to say I have lost 1lb this week - I was hoping it was going to be 2 but the scales flickered and then decided on 1lb.

Well done all those who have lost, esp nat 3lb !! :T
I have STS this week which doesnt surprise me, am just glad I didnt put on. Managed a 40 min brisk walk last night and the scales did hover around 11 11 but settled at 11 12 so same as last week. In my defencethis is the first week of the holidays. I'm off on Saturday for 2 weeks visiting the family I will not be weighing in again until Fri 24th aug, so I will do my best to eat sensibly and try and get some exercise in, and try to resist fish and chips in scarborough
but not promising

But I've got a lot of weight to lose so the first few weeks it'll fly off me! I'm planning a 3 day detox starting Monday as I'm feeling very sluggish, bloated and in need of a boost. This always seems to reboost my system and helps with the weight loss. Best thing about it is that it's better not to do any exercise and just let your body do its thing£20k in 2023 = £2718 £2023 in 2023 = £196.41 Grocery challenge £250= £195.80 **MONEY MAKES ME HAPPY**0

Morning all
weighed in this morning and have somehow lost 2lb, so I'm back to my pre-pg starting weight again! I wasn't expecting to lost any weight now until after baby, and I'm eating close to maintenance calories (when I bother to log them:o) if not over, so not sure why I've lost so much, unless last 2 weeks I weighed heavier due to fluid retention etc. I know I'm eating plenty, so won't worry about it too much, still 14 weeks to go so I'm sure I'll put some weight on by the end!
Today:
Breakfast: yoghurt, babybel
Lunch: LO beef enchiladas (2 small wraps), apple, plums, kiwi
Snack: mr kipling cake bar, more fruit when I get home from work
Dinner: out for a curry with friends.Little monkey born November 2012:jFroglet due March 20160 -
Well done to all the losers so far :T
I didnt end up going to the burger restaurant, we went to another place and I had a duck noodle stir fry with lots of veg, so ended up feeling quite smug and relieved.
Ive lost 1lb this week, but as I was in negative lbs last week, ragz please can I log a 1lb loss but increase my overall target to 13lbs, please.:)
Have a lovely day everyone, Im off the the Olympics todayInspiration for weight loss Im sure!!
