Just been for the Couch to 5K run using the week 5 podcast that has the 3 different runs on one backing track, saying if you're one day 1 run now, day 2 run now etc and you'll never guess what......
I did the day 3 run of 20 mins without stopping!!!:j:j:j
Felt ok after 5 mins so thought I run on to the end of the day 2 first bit at 8 mins, got there still felt ok so carried on and did the whole 20 mins. I am so chuffed with myself you'd never believe! No walking at all and I actually looked like I was running not trotting.
Just had to tell someone ..... sorry for being so excited!:rotfl:
And it's a Gold for WelshWoofer who is officially AMAZING!!!

I started couch to 5k ages ago but stopped at week 5 run one.
No reason just lack of motivation etc. so 12 weeks later I went out
Today and started again from week 4 and did ok considering I have put
On half a stone since my first go at it!!!
I am using my fitness pal to log calories and excersi e and have set
Daily calories at 1200 but when I put my daily excersise in it gives me more calories for that day am I right that i should keep to the original 1200 and excersise to actually lose weight? Not too good at all this food stuff I used to eat anything and it didn't matter until I stopped working. Now my waist and hips have joined forces and have held hands to wobble at me lolLiving the dream and retired in Cyprus :j

Myfitnesspal says that you should end up eating a net amount of calories - in your case 1200 (mine too) and any you earn through exercise, as you will still be at a total of 1200 as you've burnt the extra off with exercise.
For example, you eat 1200 cals worth of food then do some exercise worth 300 cals - you get to eat them too ending up with a net intake of 1200 (1200 +300 -300 burnt off). So 1500 cals allowed to eat.
They recommend that you eat no less than 1200 net cals to prevent you going into starvation mode so encourage you to eat the exercise cals.
I've partially done this and it works - I don't eat all my exercise cals usually but almost always use some to no detriment. I've lost at least 1lb a week doing this.
Of course, if you eat 1400 cals and only burn off 100 then you are over by 100 for the day (at 1300).
Hope that helps a bit?
WantToBeSE - I bought my sports bra in the US a couple of years ago and its languished in a drawer for ages before being dug back out. Its a Nike pull over your head training back style one and gives me a very glam monoboob but nothing jiggles!
This is it - I'm sure you could find one on ebay or amazon for about £15

Congratulations on the loss W2BSE
I got one sports bra from one of the big chains (JD? or similar) in their sale, a Lonsdale slip over type which is great but can be a bit tight to get off. The other one came from M@t@l@n, the basic hook fastening type. They took a bit of getting used to but both as good as each other in their own way, and both cost £6 each. As WW says nothing jiggles and that's their intended purpose.
Found it http://www.sportsdirect.com/lonsdale-sport-bra-ladies-423013 Got the black and punk one, very pretty
There was a rather well cushioned lady at the gym a couple of weeks ago, obviously not wearing the correct gear as her boobs were almost bouncing from waist to chin. Wasn't staring but really couldn't help but notice and it looked very uncomfortable- a good advert for sportswear if ever there was!

Ouch sparrer, even the thought of that has made my boobs hurt! I've got a shock absorber DD+ max - quite reasonable from figleaves, and the only one I've ever found that actually stop my boobs from bouncing!Little monkey born November 2012:jFroglet due March 20160
