Well done to everyone who's lost this week :-)
I can happily log a 3.8lb loss this week :-) that's 9.8lbs lost so far out of 14lbs goal
I also keep track of how much I've lost since I started which was before the challenge, so in total I've lost 17.4lbs which is just over my first personal goal of losing a stone :-)
Meal plan for today is the same as always except I'm having toast not porridge :-)Total Weight Loss Progress = -17lbs

hello all
Well done to everyone who's lost this week.:T

Back again, now that I've caught up with the posts.
Jammiedodger thanks for that, I downloaded it onto my phone and completed wk1, no1, yesterday, it was so much harder than my written 'running made easy' plan. Poor shammy dog was exhausted  and I was puce in the face, (not a pretty site). Will try and continue thou, as I feel this plan will challenge me more even if I have to repeat a few weeks.
Confession time, I was so hungry yesterday all day and was so craving carbs, which is not like me, not sure if it was due to not eating enough the day before or a step up in exercise. So for dinner when hubbie offered to go to the chippy I couldn't say no. In my defence I had half a fish, minus the batter and half a bag of chips with a roll without butter, so could have been worse. With all the confessions this week we will have to nominate a mother superior.:rotfl:
I start my night shifts tonight, luckily only 2, then 2 next week too, so my food plan gets a bit skewed as I'm up for 24+ hrs, so for the next 24 hrs it will look a little like this.
today:
8am bf & fruit
1pm pasta and veg sauce, lf yoghurt
6pm small chicken breast with mexican glaze, new pots and salad, strawberries
1st break at work, pasta, veg and tuna sauce, fruit
2nd break, banana & yoghurt ( I struggle to eat at 4am)
sat, 8.30am, bf or weetabix with fruit
then bed
Snacks will be fruit or nature valley bar throu the night.
Ex, 1 hr dog walk this morning, will try for 30 mins tomorrow.
Hope everyone has a great day, will try and catch up tomorrow night.

I missed reporting on the first WI of the challenge because I was busy getting ready to go on holiday. I was -1kg at that point.
Missed second WI due to being on holiday and living it up!
Spent the start of this week entertaining MIL which meant carp food and no exercise and the rest of the week has been spent getting life back to normal.
So no surprise that this week the 1kg is back on which means so far I have officially STS. Oh well, at least the holdiay is out of the way early!
We've got all sorts of weird and random foods in the fridge at the moment - combo of leftovers from camping and leftovers from MIL's visit. Not entirely sure I can produce weightloss friendly meals from them so just have to up the exercise quota. Had great intentions of doing the shred every day in August but haven't had the time yet. At least my 10,000 steps challenge is still on target-ish. A bit behind this week but camping holiday managed to get quite a few extra in the bank so I'm still up overall.
Real life and therefore better meal-planning and exercise will start tomorrow. This week can be written off as holiday too!0 -
Lots of lovely losses and STSs :T:T:TI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0 -

Just had the most yummy tea of organic butterbean concoction bought from veggie shop yesterday and ainsley harriott couscous and 1 falafel. Buddy gorgeous! (welsh thing?:rotfl:)
Not sure about the cals in the butterbean thing but it appeared to be just butterbeans, garlic, tomatoes and onions - how bad could it be?;) The dog appears to like couscous too and is a great hoover.
No strenuous exercise today, just strolling around with the dog as planned - I'm doing the Couch to 5K week 5 run tomorrow and an 8 mile up and downhill walk on Sunday so having a day off the sweaty stuff. Looking forward to watching all the athletes getting sweaty instead tonight:rotfl:
I put some money aside today towards some new work clothes for the new term - will wait until nearer the time and hopefully then will be able to buy a size smaller than the old ones.......0 -
Evening All
Well done to all, losers or not. At least we are all trying. I've just had a pleasant 10 minutes arranging 3 vases full of flowers as I got 4 bunches reduced when I popped into the Co-Op on my way home from work. I've had to discard a few wilted ones, but not many and I've got loads of flowers (original price £12 altogether) for just 70p!!
B: Boiled eggs mashed with salt, pepper and butter. I boiled 4 small ones but used some in an egg sandwich I made for DS.
L: (Pack up for work) Carrot, cucumber and courgette sticks with garlic mayonnaise dip and cherry tomatoes. Raspberries with Greek yoghurt.Panfried chicken breast with HG vegetable medley (golden courgettes, baby spinach, beetroot leaves, onion thinnings and garlic) and mushrooms. HM chocolate mousse.
Exercise: 1 hour stability ball class, various walks to and fro amounting to at least 3 miles, maybe more. Tricep dips on the work surfaces whenever I had a spare minute.
