Evening All
It's my regular babysitting night for DGD so am sitting here before I have a bit more of a tidy up. We were invited out to lunch by some of DH's customers and ate late so I didn't feel hungry when I fed DGD and I'm not sure what I might find to eat later if I do get hungry.
B: Raspberries with Greek yoghurt
L: Small salmon salad as a starter. Chicken breast wrapped in bacon, chipolata sausage, peas, carrots, courgettes. Small helping of trifle (which I only ate to be polite as we didn't know the people giving us lunch very well. The annoying thing was I didn't even enjoy it really).
Exercise: 6 mile walk. Hopefully a few tricep dips over the evening.

Hello all
Still no exercise... I just can't wait to have my house back to normal so I can get started with some exercise!
Hope you've all had good days
Evie xx
Evie, I'm tight for space at home, so I like to jog on the spot or skip (with an imaginary rope). Skipping is quite good actually, I aimed for 500 jumps every morning (until I joined the gym).0 -
WelshWoofer and savesummore, I know, I know
. But at my age beggars can't be choosers!
Skint I'm just taking time out from the Olympics to watch How To Love Food And Lose Weight. They're hilarious. Can't believe the student who was 25 stones, hasn't she done well? :T
Have made up my mind I'm going to have a Chinese this weekend, I've wanted one for ages (two years since the last one) and think part of my picking is I'm trying to substitute. It isn't working so I'm going for itand hope it stops the cravings
Sweet dreams0 -

Oh now I understand :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: I have recorded it so am looking forward to watching that
Well I have PUT ON 1LB  So im actually + 1lb for this challenge
My first reaction is I dont believe it but if Im honest with myself although I have done a fair bit of exercise I have also had lots of treats at the weekend plus drinking beer and not tracking on MFP at the weekend so unfortunatly I have only myself to blame
However I will draw a line under this kick myself up the a**e and carry on!!!
Good luck everyone- hope you do better than me todayO/S weight loss 2.5 /10lbs (11st 8.0- 08.02)0 -
Morning all!
Just weighed and have lost 1lb. The scales actually wavered at 1.5 lbs but I'll take 1lb for this week.
That's 11lb off altogether and just 3lb to go to the stone.
I'm off out to a NT country park with my gay best friend (he calls himself that!) and our dogs so will get a bit of fresh air and a stroll around.
No idea about food yet but will report back later.
Good luck with the weigh ins!0 -
Morning all
. I have weighed in with a half pound loss so that's an official STS for me.
I am quite ok with that as it has been my week off which would normally mean lots of treats and wine but (other than we'd night) I have resisted. I've just got to try and keep it together at the weekend now, that's my real danger time
Food for e day will be something along the lines of:
Porridge made with water with blueberries. Strawberries and a drizzle of maple syrup
Lunch will be a picnic of egg sandwiches, I will try and avoid the biscuit
Dinner will be something quick and easy as I'm off to a wedding night do, I have offered to drive to avoid the alcohol calories :A
Happy Friday and good luck with WI's. well done welshwoofer and keep with it savesummore
Vix x- prior planning prevents poor performance!

Must try using leeks instead of lasagne, I have tried cabbage instead of spagetti for bolognaise and a Tortillia instead of pastry for quiche and these worked out well.
I have lost 1lb this week bringing it to 11lbs off which I am very pleased about, my knees already appreciate the loss. My target is to lose another 2 stone by Xmas.Slimming World at target0 -
