Morning all!
Skint - well done with the bingo wings work! Bless your son! Here's to lovely toned arms:beer:
Had a sneaky weigh this morning and it looks like its going in the right direction and a possible 1.5 lbs more gone but I'll wait until Friday to report in properly.
Am a bit stiff this morning after the swimming and walking yesterday, can feel it in my calves. Nothing too bad though.
I might be walking the dog with my friend and his dog today but it depends on the weather, if its lashing down we won't be going, I'm not a masachist! I will do the Couch to 5K final week 4 run later though, will hopefully loosen off the legs.
Not sure about food today yet - but at least I haven't woken up starving like I did yesterday and will hopefully have a more controlled day with food.0 -

I do wish I liked baked beans, they sound so versatile! And now Skint has told me yet another use for them (in the tin, of course), but I can't open one without heaving
. Started when I was pregnant with DS, he's now 30 and they still have the same effect on me. Odd old bird...
B - spicy, fruity porridge, sk milk
D - one egg omelette with veg as yesterday. Grated apple in yogurt

Morning all
My new swimming costume has arrived so I can once again brave the swimming pool without giving everyone an eyeful of my bump! :j DH is off for dinner with an old work friend tonight, so I'm going for a swim after work.
Despite my best intentions after yesterdays early start (and breakfast at home for a change!) I slept even later this morning!Luckily DH made my lunch and packed breakfast for me!
Meals:
Breakfast: yoghurt, babybel
Lunch: cheese and chicken sandwich, apple, plums
Snacks: mr kipling cake bar, babybel, mini pepperami, glass of ss milk (will need some fuel before swimming!)
Dinner: probably jacket potato with cheese, beans and bacon bits, ice lolly
Exercise: swimming. Haven't been properly for a while, will try for 30 lengths which normally takes me 45 mins.Little monkey born November 2012:jFroglet due March 20160 -

Well done, I know I've got some weights in the loft somewhere, I must get them down today
Not 100% sure of the plan today . I have a friends children all day as well as my own and the weather is looking lousy - again!!! Don't know about you but this northern weather is really starting to pee me off. We tried walking up Pendle hill on Sunday but stopped due to the threat of hypothermia
Yesterday was a good day, did 30 mins on the cross trainer despite aching legs from the previous days exercise DVD. food was also ok.
Food for today will be;
2x burgen toast, lurpak lightest and marmite. I really don't like low fat spreads, and generally avoid them but lurpak lightest is good and half the fat of normal lurpak
Leftover strange combo of roasted and stir fry veg, may make it into an omelette al la sparrer
Veg and lentil chilli with a few tortilla chips and a sprinkle of cheese.
Will try and do the workout DVD if I can get the kids out of the lounge :rotfl:
Have a good day.

Hello all
Congratulations nat and welcome Jammydodger.
Yesterday went very much as planned, completed wk1, run 1 of the running made easy plan. I'm not using my ipod, as taking shammy dog with me, and know I'll strugle to listen and watch him at the same time. So I'm using good old pen and paper and a stop watch, note to self, read the instructions properly before you leave, as I ended up doing 5 x 1min runs instead of 4.:rotfl:
Today:
B: usual all bran and fruit
L: tuna salad sandwich and an applepasta bolognese with salad
S: probably fruit or a treat if I have the calories (found some fab 80cal lemon mousse)
Ex: 60 min walk this am, 30 min walk later & 30 min dvd.
Leaving run 2 for tomorrow
Hope everyones having a happy day

Just made a discovery with tins of soup - the Tesco leek and potato soup is only 160 cals per 400g tin and was very nice - had it with 2 pieces of thin wholemeal toast (150 cals) to dip in and it was a filling lunch for just 310 ish cals.
Will investigate the other varieties on my next shopping trip.
Couch to 5K run and belly and bingo wings exercises done, off to potter around the shops in a bit, then some serious dogwalking to be done later (probably about an hour).0 -
Evening All
I had a first today - went and had my eyebrows waxed when I had my eyelashes tinted. It looks really good and I shall do it next time too.
The little dog we found last night has been collected by the dog warden. Apparently it was a pedigree Cairn Terrier but nobody has contacted them about it being missing. My friend said it was good as gold, no barking etc and made friends with her dog, which is a Chocolate Labrador. Apparently if no one has claimed it within 8 days it goes to a pet rehoming centre, but they will ring my friend to see if she would like it.
B: Poached egg on toast
L: Red pepper soup. HM chocolate moussePoached salmon with wilted spinach leaves, beetroot leaf thinnings, tiny onion thinnings with the stalks snipped and included and garlic, with a spoonful of aioli. Raspberries with Greek yoghurt.
Exercise: 4.2 mile run. 2 mile walk. Tricep dips and push ups against the worktop every time I make DH a cup of tea (and he has about 7 or 8 per day!)

Hello all
Quick post from me today - another OS fail (still no kitchen) but today's menu has been:
B: Roll and HM jam
L: Oatbran porridge, banana (easy and quick to have at work)Chicken risotto (WW meal I'm afraid
- I do cook normally, honestly - just need a cooker first!) and large green salad, big bowl of raspberries (some from the garden and some from the supermarket!), yogurt
Still no exercise... I just can't wait to have my house back to normal so I can get started with some exercise!
Hope you've all had good days
