Morning All
Just a quick post as I have an exercise class followed by work so will post again tonight. I have STS today. I was hoping it might be another 1lb gone but the scales refused to move down, despite flickering there yesterday.

Morning all
I weighed in this morning and I have gained 2lb (SF I'm not on the challenge), so I've finally gone above my start of pregnancy weight.Feel a bit blue about it, although I did spend the weekend eating rubbish while on holiday so I shouldn't be that surprised. On the other hand my bump seems to have popped out a bit this week, so hopefully it's mostly baby gain and not fat gain! Currently 14st13lb, and I'm hoping to stay below 16st by the end of pregnancy. That would be a gain of 1lb/week up to 40 weeks, which is what the books say is normal for this stage.
Skipped swimming last night as I was totally overheated by the time I got home from the supermarket and did my housework bits, but will make myself go tonight. Have ordered a new maternity cossie, as my regular tankini is getting a bit small and I don't want to display my belly to the world!
Meals:
Breakfast: yoghurt, babybel, satsumas
Lunch: chicken, houmous and rocket sandwich, grapes, plum, peach
Snacks: mr kipling cake bar, plus something before I go swimming
Dinner: HM pizza. Going to attempt to replicate the pizza express calabrese so it might be a disaster :rotfl:
Hope everyone has a nice weekend, we've got lots planned so I'm not sure if I'll manage to get online before Monday.Little monkey born November 2012:jFroglet due March 20160 -

Unsurprisingly I've gained 1lb this week, that's a first. Just realised I'm no spring chicken any more - many thanks indeed for all the lovely birthday wishes - so there are a lot of firsts to be added to my bucket list.
Amy believe me I suffer no guilt re enjoying cakes etc that people have taken the time to bake or buy me. A lb here or there is nothing compared to the kindness shown
B - mashed nana in rf yogurt
Rest of today and the weekend is at the Brum Hilton so I shall eat, savour and enjoy everything placed in front of me, and may even come back looking like Michelin Man. That won't be a first though, I looked like that two years ago!
Have a good weekend, enjoy the opening ceremony. Bit annoyed I'll miss it but no doubt it will be replayed a zillion times after the weekend, so will catch up eventually.

ps don't forget white cats and dogs need sun cream on their ears and noses. I go through more on my pets that I do on me!
pps LittleMoog "Have ordered a new maternity cossie, as my regular tankini is getting a bit small and I don't want to display my belly to the world!" Thank you, it's was so refreshing to read that! Call me old fashioned but I really don't like people wearing drop waist trousers and crop tops etc when they're preggers. It's not a good look!0 -
Hi everyone, glad to read some of the losses today, good work :j I have surprisingly managed to scrape a 1 lb loss (in total, not since last week), taking me down to 116.8 - will do better next week though, I promise :A0

hehe, my belly wasn't something I wanted to show *before* the bump, so I'm definitely not keen now! :rotfl:Little monkey born November 2012:jFroglet due March 20160 -

Hugs xI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0 -
