Slowlyfading - thanks, that would be great. Hope you understood my instructions!

Minicooper - my SIL bought the Hypnoband voucher last time around (for Brighton) but they decided not to use it as the rest of the course would have cost about 300 and it was a bit far to go. THey are now seeing a hypno near them, first for councilling (she thinks they have issues around not having been able to have children that they need to deal with before weight loss - I think she wants more money!) and she sounds like she gets good results - though she would say that, they are looking forward to it though. SIL is having the hypnoband sessions and BIL is just having weight loss hypnotherapy.

I weigh dailiy for the same reasons Rosewood stated, though not as night, it scares me! lol

have gained 6lbs this week:eek:, and i dont know how. been eating salads, mainly with chicken, but sometimes meat, and drinking loads of water, could it be fluid retention?
time to start posting my daily menu's again i think.
hope everyone else has a better weigh in than me

    Morning, All

At long last we have blue skies and sunshine. Oh thank goodness! It's not HOT HOT HOT but I desperately need the blue skies to perk me up...I intend to be outside all of today :T

Well, I'm a STS today, which will do for me today...last week I couldn't get a colour....now I can't get rid of it.... :rotfl:

I've felt a bit weird yesterday and today - a bit shaky and a bit sickly, so I don't have a meal plan. I don't really want to think of food, so I'll see how today goes. I'm stocking up the freezer this morning..so hopefully, lots of (healthy?) treats...:rotfl:

Have a good day & good luck with the weigh ins.

    LB xx

Well the 4lb gain stuck around to this morning, there are a few bad things I need to watch, but can't think what else I can do to shift these 4lbs and still stay on track for the challenge. I've been good at portion sizes, only finding I'm eating more than I need maybe once a week (instead of 3-4 nights a week). I'll sit down and think about it this weekend.

Can't remember who's filling in for Ragz this week, but my total weight loss so far will be -1/14lbs :(

Just a quickie to report a 1lb loss this week, making it 10lbs altogether for me, 4 to go to the stone:j
I'm thinking that I may try to lose another 5lbs on top of that too but will see how I feel when I get to the stone which was my original goal.

Off swimming this morning as I didn't manage it yesterday and then this afternoon I'm meeting a friend for a walk in the countryside (and maybe a treat in a teashop:o).

Not sure about food yet - will report back later with the damage.

Morning all. A 1lb loss for me please (makes a total of 4)
I have been at the gym more this week and I do find the weather helps as I really do enjoy a salad.
Not sure of my meal plan for today but will be starting with porridge with strawberries and blueberries

Good luck for the WI's :D

Well after all my determination to start again this week after a month off I am reporting my first ever gain. +1lb :( I am more determined than ever now to get back to it.

    :hello: morning all.

I'm registering a 1lb loss this week - had hoped for more as I've been so good, but a loss is better than nothing!

sock-knitter - could be fluid, are you drinking plenty of water? If it's hot, and you're not drinking enough, your body clings to all the liquids you do drink, so that could explain it?

Lavender Bees - hope you're feeling better soon :)

SIRENS - remember to drink plenty of water, that might help!

minicooper - do you want me to put you at -1lb? or just leave you at 0? Minus seems a bit harsh :(

WelshWoofer and vixtress - well done on the loss :j

angelsmomma - could just be one of those weeks, don't worry about it too much :)

I'll update the list later on today, if that's okay with everyone? I'm going out in a minute and won't be back til later.

Have a lovely, healthy day everyone! :hello:
