I just had an email from coast to say as I had not responded to an email withing 48hrs i have forfeited £1800 worth of dresses
could cry! thats about 5 times the value of my whole years wins and I never saw the original email

Oh dear, have you checked your deleted emails and junk email? If you haven't received it you could try emailing them back and saying you never got the original email, what's all this about, this is the first you've heard about it? Milk it as best you can!

I know i honestly truely wish they had never sent me the second email am just gutted, I've found the email now in my spam too, it doesnt even say winner in it or the title and yes they have chosen someone else so I doubt I have any hope of a consolation prize I've been in coast today too trying on dresses and found one I loved for NYE - is 48hours to respond to an email christmas week a little unfair?
