I think so. You could also do them as cards for those special ones you send to, just using smaller bells.

May I pick your brains please crafty ladies for a hot glue gun recommendation? I'm not much of a crafter but would like to become one, so I want something that isn't the cheapest and likely to fall apart but costs as little as possible.
