Hi, I thought of this thread when I spotted this idea whilst on craftgawker today.

It uses a stick to put the mini stockings/bags on, so no need for pins in the wall midnightraven3 :) There are also free printable advent numbers. HTH.

That is a very kind thing to say. I have many faults but I love my family. Of all the things I have made, making my lovely 4 children has been our best!

Love the advent calendar idea...........my son and his girlfriend would love it even though they're adults..........lol I always send off for freebies off the freebie board if I think they're worth having and stash them in a drawer......trouble is they're all different sizes so my best bet would be to make little gift bags to fit and pop them in a box (have to post them anyway so small shoe box would do)

sethsgran - thinking of you xx
I would be unstoppable if only I could get started !

So please do take a peek and be gentle, i'm still trying :D It is poppytoms.blogspot.co.uk but with the www. infront.....i can't post links as i've never posted before. That's what i get for being a lurker :D

Ah ok, now i get it.....the link is now on my profile...i will get the hang of this.....eventually!
