This weekend I purchased 3 vest tops as up to now I've only owned 1. I realised that buying these releases a lot of shirts in my wardrobe that I can no longer wear due to my 'floatation devices' not returning to post pregnancy size!! I can now confidently wear these and conform to decency laws!

Oh boy, know how that feels, though I've always had my bust enter the room well before the rest of me since I was 14 or so.

One of the joys of fashion in recent years has been the availability of lovely long vest tops, feminine and stylish. Because I am tall as well, tops always used to be too short even when they were meant to be a decent length. I think I have enough of these now, but I also still have a couple of men's vest tops bought from Mr T's Value range which were my only option when bare midriffs were so much in fashion.

And another weekend of no clothes shopping, I was too hungover on Sat though! That's 21 days now a massive achievement for me!

Did start sorting through my clothes and got so much I don't wear, my tastes have changed etc, started filling a bag for sisters/ family see if want any of it otherwise its off to the charity shop. But it's made me realise I have gaps in the wardrobe & list of things I need grows even longer.

I went shopping despite my hangover :D bought two stripey t-shirts (identical except for colour) a more glam t-shirt/top and a top for work from Mr Sainsbugs totalling £40. Also have my eye on a dress in Debs but Hubby is going to buy it as a birthday pressie. It's on offer online but not currently in stock, hoping it's on offer in store...

I did this last weekend. Took belts and accessories to charity shop, binned some stuff & ebayed 5 dresses. All 5 sold  not for megabucks, but should make about £30 which I'm going to add to my challenge allowance once I've received the money and paid fees. My wardrobe is looking much better now that I've taken them out - amazing how much room 5 dresses takes up! Feel much better after a little de-clutter too!

    Hi Kerri

I haven't included sports gear in my total, as I was worried I'd end up doing less exercise if I had the excuse I couldn't afford the clothes :rotfl: and I didn't want to add extra to my overall budget.

I still add it to the spreadsheet but don't include it in my challenge sig. So far I've been pretty well behaved - though have only been going in TK Macs as I don't see the point in spending lots on sports stuff unless it's shoes or has to be waterproof!

I'm including everything except shoes in my budget because I want to see how much I really spend, so I included some walking gear and a motorbike jacket earlier on. I think it's up to you because only you know your reasons for joining this challenge, and what you want to gain from it?

Am gradually switching over winter to summer stuff and mortified :o:o to realise that I have an entire underbed box full of shoulder bags . That's the small ones, because the 8 big-enough-for-lunch-and-book ones are lined up in the wardrobe. (And those are the ones that get used, because I am too lazy to swop stuff into a smaller bag unless one of the big ones really won't go with my outfit.)

They're all fab bags, some of them are 8 years old already, and if I need a smaller bag they are exactly what I'd want (funnily enough) but a couple have only been used twice (that's £70 worth right there).

So if I say anything about bags, please kick me and tell me to go and Free some of the ones already under my bed.
