Well I am back from the docs and it's not gout at all. It's plantar fasciitis, great, have had problems with that in my heel before, was discharged from the podiatrists on 23rd December as doing really well and getting on well with my shoe insert...hmmmmmmm. It is now at the other end of the foot (under big toe joint). so I have to rest, ice, elevate and take pain killers and go back to see podiatrist...first available appointment?? 27th JANUARY FFSmy toes are numb, I can't get my shoes on, I have just been looking at ordering some crutches....I could cry, well I did all over the pharmacist, just moving my toe is agony
Oh and to cap it all when I get home where is my loving OH???? Gone back to bed, great! It took me over an hour to get to the Drs and back, it is a 5 minute walk ususally, did he even wait to see what is wrong with me???NO!!!!

Afternoon all
Raining here so my washing is draped round the house. Had to wait until 11 am for DS and his fiancee to get up so I could put away the airbed in the living room. I've vacuumed through downstairs since and washed the kitchen floor. Dinner cooking.
I'm itching to put the table leaf back in and put the spare chair upstairs and generally get things back to normal. And I'm eyeing up the Christmas tree and cards too
