So, to recap.....

I only bought the xbox because I was bitter and just wanted to muscle in and take the credit.

I was at fault for just accepting what was said when I really shouldn't have believed it and should have checked the person did what they said they would. (Despite the fact the man in question is a grown adult of 50 and not 2.)

I should not have interfered. Me interfering is much worse than whatever the lad would have felt on xmas morning and whatever behaviour this would have resulted in.

I've perhaps paid less than £200 and wanted to profit from the situation.

I responded to decry unjust and inaccurate comment and also to expand some points with more info.

It's called discussion in my book. If you can honestly and fairly describe this as spitting out the dummy then clearly you and I are of different mind generally and as such will never agree.

For crying out loud, I was thinking of stepping out because I was getting upset. I was crying at one point because a couple of the damned comments were so flipping unfair and I felt really hurt by them.

Clearly when things start to get to you in that way, there's something wrong which is why I was acknowledging the fact I maybe needed to take time out.

Personally, I don't need to deal with anything.

You were spitting the dummy prior to this post.

I would suggest, if you cannot take differing points of views or have to resort to !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you do indeed need to take a break and deal with whatever your issues are.

The thing with forums is, someone posts, another replies - it's the way they work.

The subject doesn't really matter to anyone other than the OP and her family. She chose to post on a public forum, others chose to reply.

Interestingly, had you not attempted to don your white knight outfit, I wouldn't be responding now, but you felt you needed to say something, so in that respect, you have done exactly what everyone else on here has done.
