deliciosa - nothing that you've had today is bad for you -its what else you eat with it.

I'm on Slimming World diet which is red (mainly meat) and green (mainly carbs) days. I could have eaten exactly what you had (including a few syns for pudding n gravy!)

Oh my god, massive well done on saying no to Gran Canaria!!!! And I thought I was doing well resisting Starbucks.I really do think it was the right decision, I can already see how excited you are at paying off 20% with your windfall (great new on that, by the way). Just wanted to say I feel kind of proud of us all (how silly is that?). You are definitely inspiring me to keep eating into this debt (though with the tax rebait you just might beat me to being debt free, so now I will work even harder!). It's like we are all working together and helping each other out, and it's a nice feeling. And glad you took all our posts exactly as intended - they made you think about it and come to your own decision you are happy with. Maybe i'm not as tactless as I think!

Yes - all of it. I live on Diet coke (free food), potatos (free on green day) chicken (Healthy extra on Green day) all veg free on green day and gravy as a small amount of syns (allowed 15 a day). Easy!

Oh cheese and wholemel rolls also healthy extras. done and dusted :p

Oh and I could have egg, baked beans and hash browns for breakfast and a huge bowl of pasta/veggie chilli and rice for dinner! :p

And I've lost nearly 2stone (9kgs?) by doing this already!
